This is a smaller size brewery, but don't let that fool you!! They usually have under 15 beers on tap, but as someone that likes a wide variety of beers I have not had one that I didn't like. I am not a huge IPA person and I really like some of their IPA's. The staff is great to talk with and always friendly, you get that regular feeling here after one or two visits. They don't have a kitchen, but do bring in some food trucks as well as have worked with some local places that you can order from and will deliver to them.

This awesome brewery is the newest guy on the block and doesn't disappoint. The interior is large and spacious with super comfortable seating. Lots of plants and windows. There's even a few large tvs sprinkled throughout. They even have a fun little Nintendo nook. They music from the turntable was an added bonus. There is patio seating but I didn't get to check it out this visit. All of the beers (and yes, I pretty much tried every beer they currently were offering) were above average. Which I was surprised by because sometimes it takes new breweries a minute to work out the kinks. I would put them on par with Tall Trellis. So no kinks to work out here. Just delicious suds. They do have some wine, cider, and soft drinks for non beer folk. They also have lots of little extras, like 2-pack cupcakes. Which were delicious btw. The soft drinks are from some brewery in Wisconsin, the root beer and cream soda are top notch. They also sell soaps, honey, even coffee beans. And the staff members are friendly and helpful. Definitely check them out!

Ambience is modern but casual with an eclectic atmosphere. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. My beer was a draft but not as cold as I would expect. I'll definitely be back.

There are breweries...then there is discourse! I will have dreams of these beers until I can come back! If you're a fan of a New England Hazy IPA you actually must come!! We enjoyed every hazy NEIPA they had, loved them all, and I enjoyed the coffee stout too. Vibes were amazing! Loved the random chairs, sticker wall, and staff. Had to take some to go!

Great place to have a beer and play a game. The menu is small but definitely not underwhelming. My favorite has to be the Java abyss. It is seriously so good. It is really smooth and a bit sweet. The bartender was nice and encouraged me to sample the wine. It was also very delicious. They had several games to play and I enjoyed hanging out in the sleek, clean, and modern atmosphere. I have been in twice now and each time they have had the tv volume on which is a bit of a different vibe than I am used to. The first time was during a KU game so I figured that was why. The next time they were playing the movie Elf. I was taken aback at first but I actually ended up enjoying having it on in the background.

I loved our stop at Discourse Brewing. I had the raspberry sour (rascally raspberry). I really enjoyed it and would drink this again. There was plenty of seating and service was quick. I really liked that you could order food from Buffalo State Pizza and have it delivered to Discourse. I plan to return and do that! There were large TVs behind the bar and we watched soccer and basketball. I plan on returning for a Sporting or Current game in the future!

I saw this new brewery off of metcalf the other night and decided to stop by. Their menu was small but everything I tried was delicious. I ordered the locust cider - honey pear flavored and it was very refreshing. My partner ordered the Java abyss which was a double milk stout with lots of delicious notes of coffee. Discourse doesn't offer food but you are able to order delivery from various local restaurants and QR codes are on every table to do so. They have a cute little gaming corner with a miniature NES with all the games preloaded and ready to play. Overall I had an amazing experience and we will be back soon.

This is such a great low key casual but nice spot for a beer. Comfortable seating. Staff is very friendly. Cold beers. Just need some food, tho they do offer meal delivery or BYOF which is nice! Lots of parking. Located right next to the home Depot.

Great brewery! Beer is in the top 3 in the city. I'd recommend a NEIPA (blender detonation) or the Coffee stout (Java abyss). But all are great. Loved the sour so be on the look out for that as well. To have beers this good on the first and second runs is unheard of. Kudos to Matt and Amanda for opening an OP mainstay.

We didn't order any food but I was definitely tempted. We stuck with beer. They lean more towards German styles and they are really well done. I ordered a cream ale-Lickey Chewy that features strong butterscotch flavors. This beer was my introduction to POG at a Brewfest a few years ago and it's definitely one to try. I also tried the Eisbock and the stout. All were really good. I'm going to make an effort to return. And I plan to try the food and maybe catch some live music. But you're coming for the beer, and the beer is really great. Limitless has gone from a location in a light office park to its own standalone building, complete with patio and plenty of space. There are generally half a dozen or more of their own craft brews on tap ranging from IPA through porter/stout. You may have even had some of their flagship beers elsewhere, such as JoCo Juice, a hazy IPA or Rolling in the Deep, a double New England IPA. I myself go for malt over hop, so I find their Marzen to be one of my favorite beers. If they have their Mexican lager on tap, then I also suggest sampling that as well. A flight of four runs you $14-ish and is a great value, as the sample sizes give you plenty of opportunity to really get a feel for their offerings. If you find something you really like, then you can take four-packs home to go in cans. Limitless is open almost every day, at least until 7:00 and when the weather is nice, the patio was a must do. There are frequently people playing a board game or just enjoying the space, and while I don't want this to be just another noisy space, they could do with maybe a TV or two more. But that is just me being picky and since they are in the neighborhood, I like visiting whenever I can.

However, the older female bartender was probably the most anti-child/parent person I've met in a long time. Not sure if she was never a mother or had a niece or what, but when asking for paper towels or napkins and she acted baffled like they'd never need to clean up anything before except for my kids spilling their water. When asked about trash cans to put trash, she also told me, "trash cans actually create more trash than they hold.". Lady was wound tight. Not to mention having some other older folks in there that just pointed and talk-down on our group all night until we left. Sorry we had some beers and enjoyed live music WITH KIDS. As much as I like the main room and outdoors, I'm not sure the venue can make up for salty people and overpriced beer. Is what it is. As for families who want to enjoy some beers, I'd find a much better venue. Angry woman in the photo.

This location, their OG Biergarten and Bierhalle is my far my favorite thing about them though and has remained largely unchanged from when they opened all those years ago. You'll still find a German inspired space, warm with the smells of beer and pretzels, great German bar fare, and if you come on the right day some authentic live music.
