Dirty vehicles twice in a row I rented an Expedition in May and a Cadillac CUE in June. Both cars were dirty...I mean bird poop, animal hair dirty. The manager was very apologetic, but when I asked her what she could do about it, she proposed 20% off my next car rental...what a joke. On my way down to Maryland in May with the Expedition we hit a lot of heavy rain; guess what? The wipers were garbage and needed replacement. So, dirty AND unmaintained vehicles...I also checked the engine bay (since I maintain my vehicles myself) and this too was filthy. The CUE had so much bird poop on it that I washed it myself...it was cleaner when I returned it than when I picked it up. Don't rent from Discount Vaudreuil or St-Lazare (at the LouTec) if you care about quality and safety. read more
