I was informed that I needed to work with a local FFL to get it back out to me. After a few tries with other gun stores I landed on Sons of Grant and linked up with Josiah. I was absolutely blown away with the customer service that he provided. He went way above the call Of duty and even went over to the police department to pick it up for me. Before I knew it it was being shipped out to my local FFL and he even sent me tracking and pictures of the gun. I honestly felt like it was a buddy doing me a favor rather than a retail store and just wanted to let him and the rest of the staff know how appreciative I am. So refreshing to get such amazing customer service!

Very poorly managed store. They pack everyone through one line, with maybe two or three checkouts…read moreopen when they have ten. The wait is usually five to 20 mins. Forget someone asking if they can help you. And please do not try to exchange or return anything. It is a waste of time. Keep what you have, even if you're unhappy with it.

Just tried to call to inquire about a product's availability. Chose option "0", and after 4 rings,…read morethe line went dead, so I called back. Chose every option number offered and each time, I received 1 ring and the recorded message "no one is available to take your call" and I am returned to the previous general recording that is worthless. I think I will call their competitor and see if they think answering the phone is a good practice?
