So i kick up a fuss and a 22 year old manager comes out and just does not know what he is talking about ,after a few fucks he threw at me i just left. I will never shop here again and will spread the word

This is a Metro store in the main shopping area of East Molesey. It has longer opening hours that…read morethe Hurst Park store and is open until 11pm Monday to Saturday. Stock levels are usually good and I tend to find that what has sold out at the bigger store can be found here - and at the same price, not more expensive as some metro stores can be. friendly staff, recently installed self scan checkouts which makes shopping here a lot faster, although sometimes the self scans are not open first thiing in the morning which seems a bit daft to me as they only have one cashier on duty.

We have three main charity shops in Molesey. I wouldn't say one is particularly better than the…read moreother - its always hitting all three when you are on the prowl. I would suggest that Queen Elizabeth's foundation is for the... um, mature lady. I sometimes come for a rummage to see if anything has turned up from Topshop, but I am unlikely to find it here. There is not really anything here to suit a 20- something, unless you are an incredibly creative 20 -something. Still, I have my fall back if I don't see any clothes that I like - I head for the books. When I am in charity shops I like to indulge my inner old dear. I look for books by Agatha Christie - I love Poirot, more than a young un possibly should. I think charity shops are great for books, they inspire you to pick up something that you wouldn't necessarily read. I found the complete trilogy of Philip Pullman's His Dark Materials in hard cover. I saw that it was originally £25.00, and I was sold it for £2.00. Now that, my friends, is what you would call a bargain.

Any guy who goes charity shop shopping understands that 90% of shops are dominated by women's clothing, and all that is left for guys is oversized suit trousers, short sleeve shirts, polo shirts and hawaiian shorts. Always the same poor quality goods. But QEF has surprised me! The majority of times I have come in, I have found something decent. Fitted shirts, sweatshirts and shoes. To find quality clothes for a 23 year old man in a charity shop is a challenge as I don't look the best in old man clothing. Another selling point to this place is that they have a '£1 rail' for both men and women and they actually do have some decent t-shirts in here. I like this place!!

The charity shops in Molesey are quite conventional. That is why it was fascinating to hear that…read moreyears ago, they received a large, anonymous consigment of S+M gear. I wonder if it sold more quickly then the M+S clothes? I'm not sure how the S+M gear would have worked in the Princess Alice Hospice. They don't look like they go in for that kind of thing here. It is a very well stocked charity shop - this one seems to have a large selection of mens clothes as well as womens. There is not a big selection of books, like Queen Elizabeth's over the road. The clothes are more for the 50+ market in this shop. Next time I go in, I will keep an eye out for any cat o' nine tails. What can I say? I'm curious!

Although this is the largest stores out of the various charity shops on the street, it seems to have the least stock turnover with a large portion of the store for large furniture. This is great if you are looking for furniture, but if you are a clothes/electronics/books shopper then this store offers limited chances to explore. There is also a large childrens toys section which rivals the size of the mens clothing; a sign that mens clothes are infrequent. All in all, I still visit this place in the hope that something new will appear, but it is not my 'go-to' charity shop in the area!

I guarantee you that if you are looking for a pressie for your mum or nan, you will find it here…read more It is a mum and nan heaven! Sitting conveniently opposite the entrance to Hampton Court Palace, The Gardenarium sells garden gifts (not big stuff like lawnmowers), such as trowls, matts, watering cans etc, as well as a full range of home gifts. I spied a cabinet full of jewellery, candles, cushions, kitchenware, organic jams, chocolates etc. The items on sale here are well chosen. The food comes from places like Daylesford Organic, the kitchenware includes a range from Emma Bridgewater. I love her stuff so much. But it is pricy. My dream would be to have a kitchen with all of her spotty range in. Spotty crockery makes me happy. There were plenty of yummy mummies visiting when I was here. I'm sure this shop gets its full share of tourists. Even though I live in this area, I don't see why I can't shop like a tourist too - why let them have all the fun?

Their other garden furniture is pretty, tempting and often well-priced. Also worth looking here, for sweet, inspiring and sometimes quirky items for gifts - suitable for all age groups and tastes - or as a personal treat.
