They also run a lot of promotions, so you can often find even better deals. I've previously purchased and installed tires through Canadian Tire and Costco, but honestly, the price difference here doesn't even compare. The value you get from Quattro Tires is on another level. Customer service was also excellent. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout the process. The whole system is incredibly convenient: you simply order your tires online and have them shipped directly to an affiliated tire shop near your home. Once the shop receives them, they call you to book an installation appointment -- and that's it. Super simple and stress-free. Overall, a very smooth experience from start to finish. Great prices, recent production tires, friendly service, and an easy process. Definitely recommend!

Everything seemed fine at first; however, as soon as i went past 80 km\h, my car started pulling to the left, HARD. I brought it back to my mechanic, and after a couple of tests, it was determined that the front-left tire was defective. I thought it would be a simple matter of contacting Quatro for a replacement tire or a refund. At first, I was directed to Carole, who asked for any documentation related to the issue. I promptly sent the test results and documentation provided by my mechanic, along with his contact information in case any additional information was needed. Well that was over a week ago now and I have not received any response. I have sent follow-up emails, but they have all gone unanswered. Avoid these guy's at all cost, i know the $20-$30 savings may seem like a steal but if you're like me and get a faulty tire, well you just lost way more than you saved.
