It surprised me: they had two transmissions with the same mileage...? FIRST False. During the correspondence I asked for the car's VIN to check the mileage with Carfax, but they said that information was not available to the public (Second False ) Another day I called the official number and asked what I wanted to buy and whether a VIN for Carfax check could be provided -- they confirmed that the VIN would be provided. I then asked them to give me the VIN, because earlier I was told something else. They sent the VIN; I checked on Google -- it pointed to a mid-roof configuration, but the photo they sent showed a high roof. Then I contacted an official Ford dealer: they said the transmission had been remanufactured, And transmission number was diferent on ford dealership (False ) i.e., it was not what I was supposed to pay for. Very much false information. So I'm not going forward with transmission and declined and said please send me money back They smiled form me and said Please pay for transmission or you lose deposit because we removed transmission.
