My garage door started squealing and making noises, so I wasn't sure if it was going to fail. Robert came by and did some general maintenance work and got the garage door running smoothly (and more quietly) in quick order. I appreciated Robert going through the process with me - real time - and he actually gave me some pointers on how to do simple maintenance on my own next time. Robert is friendly and is a garage door aficionado. I will certainly contact Best Rate Garage for future garage door work.

He stated I'd get a quote and wouldn't be charged a service fee. "Daniel" copied my message and made a service request to DFW Garage and Gate Services. Someone named Itay came to my house and paired my openers without giving me a quote. When that happened I contacted "Daniel". Come to find out, Daniel is a fake page as well as all of the people that recommended him (also in below pictures). So someone who works for DFW Garage and Gates is getting business by creating fake profiles to recommend someone. That someone in turn places a work order. So i was charged a service fee that i was told I wouldn't get charged and work was done before I agreed upon the price. Totally unacceptable and unfair.

This is my second time having them out since we bought our house. The first time was 5.5 years ago,…read morewhich was 4 years after we bought it. This time was after a fairly large slab leak, where we are noticing part of the house seems to have maybe lifted a tiny bit. Both times, they were easy to schedule with. They had the soonest availability and just made it simple. Both times, they came out and did a comprehensive inspection at no cost and gave me the readout. Both times, they did not try to upsell me on anything I didn't need. The first time, we did not really have any issues. This time, he did say part of the house was higher a little bit, but that it should settle on its own in a few months and that they would come back out and check it again at that time. I appreciate that they do not try to find BS to try to charge you for when you don't need it. It's a good strategy because I will always trust them, and when there is eventually an issue, I am sure I will have them take care of it.
