Fast and a friendly service…read more I couldn't resist not stopping at this place when I saw it off the freeway coming from Huntsville AL driving back to Chattanooga TN. My hubby was clueless and had no idea what was going on when I told him to make a Uey (u-turn). It's a grocery store. I first heard of it while watching a Married With Children episode in 1991. Not sure if I heard it from Peggy or Marcy but I've always wanted to check-in a Piggly Wiggly ever since then. LoL! Wait... is there a Piggly Wiggly in Illinois? I thought the Bundy's lived in Chicago. And I know it's a grocery store but we don't have this in California. We bring home the bacon from a local Safeway, Raley's, Save Mart, Food 4 Less (which are all good stores)... but you get the idea, the names aren't as catchy as Piggly Wiggly. The store is so clean and well kept. We purchased a few food items... water and snacks including a Piggly Wiggly shopping bag. The nice young cashier asked me if I would like to put my groceries in the shopping bag... I politely said no because I was keeping it as a souvenir ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Review #1875
