The lady manager with no teeth thought it was appropriate to approach a four year old child in a very nasty manner accusing her of something she did not do. I tried to explain to her I am her mom and the proper thing to do is approach the adult that's holding her hand. She proceeded to yell and scream typical defensive behavior when your in the wrong. So she the start to follow me through the store yelling because I walked away from her. So I told her " get the hell away from me". She get upset and try to hide behind CFPD due to her disrespecting my child. The store was also very unkept someone brought a dog in the store where it was poop all in the aisles. If this is what represents Ollie's I would never shop here again. They should find employees who might care just a little bit. Worst experience ever

A manager opened another register and yelled for the next person in line. The woman in front of me asked the man in front of her if he wanted to go and he said no so she went. The manager screamed at her that she was not the next person in line and she had to wait even though nobody else was making any attempt to go up there. A random customer (male) walked right up and he wasn't even in line and she checked him out with no issues. So I went next and the woman went after me. When I got up there this rude manager didn't greet me and just kept gossiping with her co-worker. She didn't tell me the total or anything. Once it said approved I didn't wait for her to say or do anything and grabbed my bag and left. Whoever the general manager is you need better employees. Customer service is horrible at most dollar trees but this one is by far the worst. She is lucky she didn't yell at me because things would have ended differently. Everyone has problems. Get over yourself. Of course she didn't wear a name tag because she knows what a b word she is to women.

It was clean, well organized and the cashier (didn't have his name on the receipt) was such a sweet older man. You also wont find as many home decor/seasonal, books or crafting items yet what they do offer makes up for it. Their prices on little things such as Lays chips & basic mens t-shirts was 1/2 the price of your local super market or even Wal-Mart so it's worth a visit if you're already in the area.

I bought fake florals, a bag of pinecones, small pumpkins, and other fall nature items, a table cloth, decorative paper plates and napkins, and more small pumpkins. I bought all of that for about $30 which is crazy to me!!! I am so happy with my purchase and the price I got all of my items for. Let me start this review off by saying, I have been a customer of Edible Arrangements for more than…read more20 years and have frequent many locations in the Columbus, Medina, and Cleveland Ohio area that provided exceptional service to me and my family. Establishments must be very careful when hiring new team members that don't align with Company value. They can destroy a Company's reputation, that took years to build. Here is what happened: I ordered a tray for my husband for our anniversary, and it was to be delivered on Friday 11/28, at his job. We got hit with inclimate weather Thursday night, and on Friday, the roads were a mess, but we both made it in to the office. All day, I waited for him to call thanking me for the surprise gift, but nothing ever came. I figured they were swamped and running behind, so I didn't panic and got busy with other things. When I got home, they were closed. I never received a call or emailed explaining anything to me re: not meeting the delivery timeline. On Saturday, I get a delivery notice that the arrangement had been delivered. How? My husband's office is closed on the weekend, and we are both at home waiting on the OSU vs Michigan game to start. So, I look at the details of the email. I called the store and said, how can you delivery something a day late and not ask me if that would be okay? My husband's office is 30 minutes away from where we live. Just cancel it. She said, she couldn't, but offered to refund me the $10 for the delivery fee. Huh? Who does that? I said, ma'am, it wasn't delivered to him??? So, I got dressed, drove 30 mins each way, and guess what, it was gone. Now, I am in the process of requesting a refund through Paypal. Stay away from Edible Arrangements in Stow. They need some major re-training on customer service.
