They wanted almost $300 to replace and install one( beyond my budget). So I heard Darryl was great. Fir my 1998 Toyota Corolla he said I could get an interstate battery ( was told they were a good brand) fir$160 plus $30 install -tax in for $212.20 total. I took my car to him and he said just wait a minute before you leave. I want to check some thing... I don't know if you really need a new battery it's just been drained down really low... Why don't you let me charge it up for a couple of hours and if it's good to go after testing, I'll just charge you 20 bucks. he said he didn't wanna sell me a battery that I didn't need. he charged it up for three hours tested it and told me it was good to go and I probably have a couple more years run out of the battery. What an unexpected kindness! I'll be sure to go there when my battery dies. It also raises the question why the Toyota dealership didn't think of that. I asked Daryl about that and he said Toyota dealership does cars, I do batteries. He's been working on batteries for 30 years and not only was he a really nice and honest guy but he saved me a lot of money today!!! Bravo Darryl! Not only do they have the regular Eveready's and Maxell's, they have Renata. Swiss made and not expensive at all. Recommended for watches, especially if they're Swiss made. Cheap ones run the risk of leaking, and you definitely don't want that. House security alarm back up battery, yes they have it here. They can also rebuild rechargeable battery packs if you want. Note: their lease is up and they're moving to Ontario and 3rd in Nov 2023. Not good for me location wise. Oh well
