This little health food shop is packed full of goodies. Sea vegetable snacks, coconut oil, pepitas,…read moregoji berries, cacao nibs, gluten free mung bean and black bean pastas, gluten free pizza bases, white mulberries kale chips, fresh wheat grass and juices, Addiction foods yummies - so many delicious healthy things you won't ever feel the need to indulge in junk food again. They stock a good range of organic skin care products too like Dr Hauschka, Suki and Trilogy (including their new fake tan with natural ingredients) as well as vitamins and homeopathic medicine like natural hay fever tablets. The naturapath working in store told me that they can also mix up any herbal blend in their wee lab out the back. They are all up for encouraging community and promoting local produces too. On Saturdays they now have a fresh organic food stall with things like organic fruit and vege, duck eggs, gluten free almond and orange cake, vegan brownie. Their facebook page has photos of the vege patch the produce was picked from - fresh as it comes!

It was hard to get their attention to be served (one lady seemed more interested in whatever she was doing on the computer and seemed annoyed we needed serving.) . Once she did serve us she was impatient and rude, huffing and puffing and so on. To the point where I asked her if it was too much trouble for her. Then she gave me the wrong desert(luckily I checked) because she truly wasn't listening to me. We both left there with a very bad taste in our mouth, shocked that you would treat customers with such disdain. To top it off when I went to eat my dessert that night it was spoiled (it's always been amazing & is my favourite!). I called up to let her know and she told me it's IMPOSSIBLE that it could be bad. Wow! Long story short I got a refund for the dessert and she continued to be rude to me to the very end. We usually spend at least $40 a pop when we go here but we will never go back again - there are plenty of places to choose from that also have good service. Did I mention she was the owner!! What a way to do business.

There was only one staff member working and once I had received it the açai bowl it was only half full and considering the price I was really disappointed! The staff member who I was acquainted with was disrespectful and rude, she seemed to have had not a lot of training and came across as she really didn't want to be working! A couple of the websites suggested to get Emu Oil and they recommended a shop in Chinatown, but I went to other Asian places, but they didn't know what I was talking about and on a whim, I came here and voila - they have Emu Oil. I have developed eczema when I moved to NY and it's always been pretty mild, but it flares up from time to time, but maybe due to covid I am washing my hands even more and I was already a compulsive hand washer, so let's say I always have clean hands. The flight here killed my hands because the soap they use on United is way harsh. It totally wrecked havoc and my hands are cut up and irritated. I saw that Emu Oil helps and it has other benefits and so I decided to get it, but the super nice blonde lady introduced me to another brand non-Emu Oil (Juniper) and also recommended Weleda Skin Foods, but I advised I was only buying things that I couldn't get from the states. I ended up coming back here again to do more shopping and Peter helped me and I believe he's a pharmacist and he was also really nice and recommended Graham's to me. This place has a warehouse type vibe about it - ceiling to floor is stacked with vitamins. I actually needed help to find what I was looking for but when I arrived at it I couldn't believe it - it wasn't just a couple dollars cheaper than the chemist, it was a good $15 or so dollars less expensive than even Coles. I check the expiry date just to be sure and it was totally fine! Even better the staff here totally know their stuff, not just about what is where but about what vitamins to take for what things etc. Love Mr Vitamins!

I clearly explained that I was already in some discomfort and needed gentle treatment, but they dug into the same sore areas over and over, ignored my feedback, and even laughed off my comments when I said it was too painful. It felt less like a professional massage and more like someone randomly pressing and jabbing without any training or care. By the time the session ended, I was in significantly more pain than when I arrived. The next day, I could barely move certain parts of my body, and what was meant to be a relaxing treatment turned into days of discomfort. There was no aftercare advice, no apology, and no concern shown when I mentioned how bad I felt afterwards - just a quick "you'll be fine" and a push to rebook. I would not recommend this person to anyone. If you value your health, your comfort, and basic professionalism, look elsewhere.
