I felt like I was meeting with a high pressured used car salesman. While I understand he has expensive equipment he has to pay for, he continued on and on slamming periodontist and oral surgeons and their techniques. I found Dr Jones to be extremely full of himself, obnoxious and didn't think it very professional to speak poorly of specialists in the dental field. After going home and doing further research about oral laser surgery, I discovered that only highly skilled, licenses oral surgeons should ever perform this kind of advanced invasive procedure, as irreparable permanent damage could be the results. No one self proclaiming their qualifications should be performing what a true licensed oral surgeon should only be doing. Dr Jones 'may' be a good general dentist, I myself don't care to return to him, to someone who misrepresents themselves. I'm thankful I dodged a bullet and found a "real" surgeon to perform my oral laser surgery.

I am a new patient of Dr. Rogol's and everything I've experienced so far has been incredible. Yes,…read morethat's what I said. Incredible. Who says that about a dentist?? I have a few cracked teeth that need caps and I had my first one yesterday. Dr. Rogol has an in-office set up such that he and his staff can actually make the new tooth onsite. This means I was able to be in and out in 2 hours with a brand new perfectly shaped and fitted tooth. Only one visit, one round of Novocaine, and no temporary cap while the permanent has to be sent out to be made somewhere else. The technology to do this is incredible! The other amazing part is that Dr. Rogol has called me or responded to my calls personally which has absolutely NEVER happened with any doc or dentist in my 57 years. I could go on, but I'm just so happy to be in the care of a healthcare professional that really "cares" about my "health"! They consistently go above and beyond with their dental care. Doctor Brendan Gouin is just over the top amazing!!! He explains your dental plan precisely and provides informative directive on your care. He makes you feel completely comfortable and is truly a personable soul... and let's not forget about his assistant Jillian. She is the one who preps you before seeing the doctor, does the x-rays, and most importantly puts you at ease... which she has amazing powers to do... especially in stressful situations. My gums are extremely sensitive and during cleanings if can be a tough job not to send me to the moon with a wrong move or sharp pain. I live in North Carolina for the most part, but there is no doubt I will continue to travel to Arrowhead Dental for ALL of my dental needs. He was rough on me with his his dental movements and fat fingers. He got visibly irritated that I complained of pain from him. But the WORST thing he did was when he seemed done, he suddenly left the room and also left the building but he left CEMENT in between the teeth so I can't floss. I made another appt. asking for a different dentist who told me he COULDNT get the cement out so it's still in there. Nice place huh ? Makes you believe the YOUNGER GENERATION doesn't want to DO THEIR JOB , and are just thinking about their BOATS !
