Later that day I sent Ms. Hampton via e-mail I no longer wanted David Allen & Assoc. to represent me. Ms. Hampton's briiliant response: I need to send them a letter telling them I am no longer their client. That is total bs. I, again, sent another e-mail to Ms. Hampton telling her I hired a local law firm to represent me and I am no longer a client of David Allen &Assocs. The arrogance of Ms. Hampton. Final thought: David Allen & Assoc. does not give you personal service. Only online or over the phone.

Alberts that I have been dropped as a client and that I have a court date scheduled in less than a week. The letter stated that I was dropped because they couldn't get a hold of me?!?! Strange, I'm holding a letter from B. Alberts in my hand addressed to me, at my address. The letter states that they tried to call me but the numbers they had were disconnected. This may be true but I would think that B Alberts had more than a week or two to advise me of my much earlier the expected court hearing. Why they would wait till the last minute to mail me something about it and that I'd been dropped as a client?!?! Due diligence was not exercised in my case. To make matters worse while looking for a new attorney every local disability attorney I called wouldn't touch me after telling them my case file was at B. Alberts's office. If you're looking on here for reviews to find an attorney if you've been injured or in an accident- the search is over because you've found the place! I sent a message via Yelp after I was in a car accident because I wasn't at fault and wanted to make sure I had a good experience getting this handled. Laura literally handled it all for me without any hassle on my end. Trust me- you don't want to deal with insurance companies on your own! It's a headache and you'll get some level of anxiety with the run around. Unfortunately this is the most common method they use to wear you down so they can pay as less as possible for their bottom line. This goes towards the repairs too! Which was the most important to me! I had just purchased a $52k Toyota 4Runner and I wanted to avoid any "skimping" when it came to the insurance approving certain repairs. Laura is so kind and wonderful, she took care of it and I was so grateful to her. Her work ethic is incredible. Greg is the guy that comes in towards the end and handles his part of the deal. He's great too! I spoke with him and met him in person as well. From what I learned, He used to work for a big name insurance company doing claims for many years. So he's basically got expertise on both ends! Those years of knowledge are definitely a perk for clients to this firm. I didn't meet Steven since the case was settled without going to court (which was great!) and I just didn't cross paths with him when I dropped by a couple times.
