It's hard enough to ask people for help - it makes it harder when the request itself is ignored. Turns out I only needed to upgrade my subwoofer from a 10" to paired 12"s - so H2 lost an easy $3.5k sale and gets a bad review out of it. Vlad and his team ended up having to work through a multitude of challenges in order to deliver the end result that we enjoyed. I received constant professional communication (day, night, weekend) when things weren't going well (outside of their control) and what they were doing to resolve. They thoroughly owned resolving each obstacle instead of pushing it back to me to work out. This involved buying different kinds of paint and performing tests -- I even got a video of the test results to illustrate my options. Its obvious that this company cares a great deal about providing 5 star experiences. Its that additional amount of work that they did which has me so enthusiastic about referring them to anyone needing painting done (commercial or residential.)
