I thought we had to paint the entire front of the house as another cleaning service could not remove all the black mold. Javani was so nice and reassured me that he could remove all the mold and alge and no painting will be needed...but I still had my doubts. However, once Javani completed cleaning our home, we were ecstatic that we did not have to paint the front of the house after all. And if i did, it was less than 50%. Now this may be more on lawnstarters since the requirement is like 16inches or something for authorization.... but I'm not paying $130 dollars for barely 1/2-3/4 acres every 2 weeks or so.
