We were looking for a 2020 in stock and they were the only place we could locate one in the model we wanted. We spoke to Ginger who answered the phone after 5:30 PM and was very helpful with stock and logistics for visiting. We drove across Texas to experience the Can-Am in real life; arriving on a Saturday. When we got there, the model we were interested in was washed and ready to test drive. Abby showed us the vehicle and took us on a test drive. She answered our questions and processed the paperwork quickly. She multitasked expertly as several folks came in needing help (they were down one employee). We were only in town for the day and needed for our new UTV to be delivered. Abby and Jordan went out of their way to try to find a trailer we could buy and when that wasn't possible Jordan agreed to deliver it personally! All of these folks are knowledgeable, go above and beyond, and are an overall class act.

Snyder Motorsports never attempted to call me to tell me that my RZR was completed. When I went to pick it up I was hit with a bill over $15,000.00 dollars. Jordan the owner told me that some additional work had to be done to my RZR, but he never contacted me to get permission. I paid the amount for the work that I "Authorized," $6,000.00 dollars worth yet he will not release my RZR to me and refuses to answer or call me back. This after he said that I needed to pay him for the extra work that he did. This dealer is not trustworthy. I spoke to the mechanic in charge and she said that he does this quite often. I work hard for my money and for a dealer that I thought was trustworthy to do this is just disappointing. Jordan this is Ricardo Gonzalez call me back............release my RZR back to me.

Less then a year ago we purchased a $7100 brush hog. It has been used 4 times and has broken down…read moretwice. This last time we call and were told a part had to be order, they would let us and service know when it came in. They did neither. Now we are told after we called the part os in but service cam not come out until who knows when. For $7100 the brush hog should not be such crap. We try hard to stay local but I think we will be selling this hog as soon at it is fixed and go else where with our business.
