Bear Pro Cleaners has kept my two Airbnbs, Oasis and the Bungalow, guest-ready since April. Give…read morethem a schedule and they organize around it fast. They don't clean Sundays, but since both my checkouts are on Sundays, they're reliably out the next day -- never an issue. Tip for other hosts: give them a checklist. They're detail-oriented, and a checklist tells them exactly what to focus on. When something's missed, it's usually because it wasn't on the list -- not a quality issue. They're fast without cutting corners, and they'll handle extra asks on the spot. Blanca is a great collaborator who stays proactive with questions. Kevin, who owns the company, is easy to work with. Highly recommend.

One sent a preliminary quote that was way too high so I reach out to Bear Pro Cleaners. We start off texting to share basic details then arrange a call. Kevin kept in constant communication with me and provided updates as promised. Day of appointment he and his crew arrive on time and get to work. There was allot of deep cleaning required for this bathroom but when they were done it looked like new and the odor was gone. I couldn't be more pleased with the work and professionalism of Bear Pro Cleaners. If you have a need for any type of cleaning services I highly recommend you call Kevin and book Bear Pro Cleaners!

We had a one-time cleaning scheduled this weekend. There were two team members who were scheduled…read morefor 3.5 hours. Upon arrival, we got a text that they were requesting an extra 1.5 hours to clean the master bath. We ok'd the service. At the end of 5 hours, the team informed us that they would need an extra $150 to clean the master bath. Actually, they cleaned the rest of the house and never even started the master. The team did a good job with the rest of the house. The issue is that the business model is not ethical or fair. You don't ask for approval for extra hours to clean a master bath and then leave it for last, never clean it, and ask for even more time to finish. Very disappointed with this company and their business model. We will not use them again and do not recommend them for this reason.
