It was during COVID, and we liked that they had a protocol to provide safety. Later they merged with Hometown Vet and are just a few minutes closer to us in Fairfield, but we have stayed with them rather than checking around again with local vets because we like them. They are friendly and know what they are doing. We worked with them to get our oldest cat, who was diagnosed with diabetes, set with a regime of insulin and proper eating, and he has is still doing well at 15 years old. Of course the victors can be expensive, especially with multiple cats, but I have never felt they have either overcharged or recommended work to pad the bill. They do seem to have problems filling prescriptions when you pick them up at an outside pharmacy, ; not sure why.

THE WORST VET!!! I brought my female cat to be fixed here and they botched her spaying... After she…read morewas fixed she always had a later of skin that would look as if she gave birth to a litter of kittens. She always would vomit as well. No matter what I would feed her. Most of the time it was soon after she ate. She would barely make it away from the bowl and vomit. Something was done when she had her surgery as she was sick right after it was done and she never recovered. The people were not friendly at all and I didn't get a warm or inviting vibe and they never even called back to check on her. They called me at like 1PM to pick her up and she wasn't even fully out of sudation yet.

We do the grooming, clip the claws and check for mats in the fur." I figure maybe $60 or 65. I come back in 25minutes and it's $75. Best I can tell they did what they said they're were going to do. So where's the difference? I expressed some shock and she largely blew it off. The kitty was not happy about the experience (it is his first) and apparently peed. Well, that's part of the business, is it not? Did I get charged $30 for the pee? I don't know but it was unreasonable to charge $75 for under 30 minutes and nothing special. The owner is mostly a fast talker and less personable. I will not return. Also, they have a sign up in the lobby that warns: Only CASH or CHECK.
