I didn't need veterinary assistance since my other two cats had passed. My bills were always paid and never had any confrontation with them so I don't understand what they are talking about about. I hadn't been there even volunteered alongside Dr. Danner at a local soup kitchen for awhile and we got along great. I just don't understand. And then they wouldn't tell me why. very rude staff! I deserved a reason for their accusation. I don't recommend!

THE OFFICE SHOULD FIRE HER, instead I got a letter stating I would no longer receive service for sticking up for myself because of the way she was talking and degrading me. Ive worked in customer service for over 10+ years, the manipulation, over-talking disgusting way she is allowed to treat customers only says more about your business and how it shouldn't be ran. Ive been a loyal respectful customer for 3 years, never having an issue with anyone else but her. I would never take my animals back to this establishment who knows how they treat them. YOUR AN EMPLOYEE YELLING AT A CUSTOMER FOR CALLING TO REFILL A PRESCRIPTION... The establishment is not only losing great customers but business too. I know I'm not the only person who's had a problem with her that explains enough. Do yourself a favor do not go to this veterinary office, over priced, extremely rude and doesn't give a shit how there customers are treated. The staff is delusional.

We will always take our pets and future pets to Kennebec Veterinary Services. We highly recommend them... they're the best.

It was during COVID, and we liked that they had a protocol to provide safety. Later they merged with Hometown Vet and are just a few minutes closer to us in Fairfield, but we have stayed with them rather than checking around again with local vets because we like them. They are friendly and know what they are doing. We worked with them to get our oldest cat, who was diagnosed with diabetes, set with a regime of insulin and proper eating, and he has is still doing well at 15 years old. Of course the victors can be expensive, especially with multiple cats, but I have never felt they have either overcharged or recommended work to pad the bill. They do seem to have problems filling prescriptions when you pick them up at an outside pharmacy, ; not sure why.

Most of the time it was soon after she ate. She would barely make it away from the bowl and vomit. Something was done when she had her surgery as she was sick right after it was done and she never recovered. The people were not friendly at all and I didn't get a warm or inviting vibe and they never even called back to check on her. They called me at like 1PM to pick her up and she wasn't even fully out of sudation yet.

We do the grooming, clip the claws and check for mats in the fur." I figure maybe $60 or 65. I come back in 25minutes and it's $75. Best I can tell they did what they said they're were going to do. So where's the difference? I expressed some shock and she largely blew it off. The kitty was not happy about the experience (it is his first) and apparently peed. Well, that's part of the business, is it not? Did I get charged $30 for the pee? I don't know but it was unreasonable to charge $75 for under 30 minutes and nothing special. The owner is mostly a fast talker and less personable. I will not return. Also, they have a sign up in the lobby that warns: Only CASH or CHECK.
