They are a joke! Do yourself a favor run from this hillbilly bank! They are so behind their competitors! Any time they do any type of update, it takes DAYS to get it to work properly. To make it worse they decide it's a good idea to shut down 5 PM on a Friday until 8:00 AM Monday - and to make that worse it still isn't working (it's now Tuesday evening). Completely changed my ability to just log into their app no other app does this when they do an update,,,,, like why!? They are a joke. It's 2026 come out of the dark,,, it's okay. read more

The office personnel are always friendly and professional and service is quick. I have noticed most of the low reviews are in Toledo not the smaller branches so I don't think the low score is really fair for all locations. read more

I've been banking here for YEARS the tellers are amazing but the people in the office need to get it together. I had a life insurance policy I told them about that I CANCELLED and told them they still might try and take the money out. Long story short it ended up overdrafting my account. ( I was supposed to have overdraft protection to where I couldn't overdraft) I CAME in and cashed a check!!! NO ONE TOLD ME I OVER DRAFTED!!!!! I COULD HAVE PAID IT THEN.. i paid it off about a month later after they canceled my account. I reopened my bank account. They told me I couldn't have a debit card for 6 MONTHS and now they're saying after a YEAR that I can start with a checking account but still can't have a card. Get your shit together. read more
