I've had a wonderful experience being a client of Hamilton insurance. They handle my home, auto and business policies, and soon to be my life insurance. They are a family owned company that prides themselves in customer service which I've experienced on multiple occasions. Our agent, Brian, always handles our calls and questions with professionalism and most importantly, promptness. I highly recommend this company that has competitive rates and customer loyalty. read more

they are the worst insurance company i ever dealt with in my life. I called many times to get help and the lady who answers the phone always only takes a message and i never get any respond back from them. THE ENTIRE HAMILTON SHOULD RETRAIN THEIR STAFF AND THEMSELVES. they are only out to get your money, and MONEY ONLY. ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE HAMILTON COMPANY SHOULD SHOUT DOWN.. I can't believe such a company can exist. they only out to get your money and if you are not on their favor, they don't call you or answer your questions...ITS NOT JUST ME, ALL OF MY PEOPLE WHO DEALT WITH THEM SAID THE SAME THING. TERRIBLE read more
