From the very first session, he listened carefully, explained each step of the treatment, and created a plan that finally made sense for what I was experiencing. I also had appointments with Nicole and Dana, and their guidance and encouragement made a huge difference throughout my visits. They gave me simple, effective exercises I could do at home, and after just a few sessions, I noticed real progress. I was able to turn my neck without the fear of triggering another episode--something I hadn't felt comfortable doing in years. I'm no longer anxious about driving to a stop sign or turning my head to check for traffic, which used to be a daily source of stress. I'm incredibly grateful for the care and expertise of the entire team. They helped me regain confidence and control over my life, and I highly recommend them to anyone dealing with vertigo or balance issues.

At the end of the our second opinion visit I thanked him by saying how vastly different our experience at BlackRock was compared to St. Lukes, and weirdly so. The entirety of the appointment today had a very different vibe and energy that was inviting and positive the entire time. I cannot emphasize the contrast in visits enough. Every employee was glad to see us, in fact it seemed even admin staff felt they had just as much skin in the game for healthy outcomes as Dr. Winegar. Yeah, the differences were that stark. This is almost an apples to apples comparison as the outcome of the second opinion was nearly the same as the original prognosis. We found a clear difference in quality of care. Without the details, I'm of the opinion that we dodged two medical bullets by switching to BlackRock. I only mention other business names because healthcare should be fairly close in terms of service and in this case it wasn't even close.

Absolutely unacceptable experience…read more My son received a service here over a year ago, and apparently there was a $50 balance remaining. I never received a bill, statement, phone call, email, or any other notification from this office about the balance. I have also never received a single communication from the collection agency they now claim has the account. To make matters worse, I personally filled out paperwork for my son with my correct phone number, yet today I discovered they have the WRONG phone number on his account. When I explained that I had completed paperwork with the correct information, I was repeatedly told they "don't have" that paperwork. So somewhere along the way, they lost or failed to properly process our paperwork, used incorrect contact information, apparently sent a $50 balance to collections without successfully contacting me, and are now REFUSING TO PROVIDE SERVICES TO MY SON because that $50 remains unpaid. Here's the kicker: I AM TRYING TO PAY IT. They won't take the payment because it's supposedly in collections, I've never heard from the collection agency, and I wasn't given a reasonable way to resolve it during the call. When I questioned how I was supposed to have paid a bill I had never received, the response from the woman on the phone was essentially, "You should have paid your bill." That level of condescension while I was actively trying to fix a problem that appears to involve failures in THEIR recordkeeping was astounding. I understand that bills need to be paid. Had I received a $50 bill, I would have paid it. What I do not accept is being treated like an irresponsible parent when I was never notified of the balance, they aren't even using the contact information I personally provided, they cannot locate the paperwork containing that information, and I am STILL trying to give them the money. I have now requested everything in writing, including the billing history, copies of attempted notices, the contact information they used, information for the collection agency, and an explanation for what happened to the paperwork I completed. A $50 balance should never have turned into this.

My previous doctor who unfortunately moved away was renewing my prescription once or twice a year.. It only takes few seconds and there was never any charge for it..So it did not even cross my mind to ask if this doctor is going to charge for it. Boy, was I wrong.. For about 5 minut conversation about my trip to Europe, Dr. Pollmann had the nerve to charge Medicare { I'm 78 years old } over $600 !!!! In my opinion this is a clear case of Medicare fraud. He did nothing for those $600 .. Medicare paid portion of it and he sent me the bill for the balance , $236 !!! I would strongly advise anyone to stay away from this place !! I'm filing a complaint with BBB and an Idaho Board of Medicine..I will also notify Medicare and ask them to investigate.. I want to know how the doctor justified $600 bill for doing nothing. I wish I have read the recent rewievs of this clinic !!!

My husband is in the beginning phase of dealing with a shoulder injury and we've been referred to…read moreDr. Palmer for an orthopaedic evaluation. I had his office email the new patient paperwork, so checking in was a breeze. The front desk staff are very kind and helpful. When shown back to an exam room, the MA also was very pleasant. Dr. Palmer's associate was to the point gathering the information they needed, and spent time manipulating my husbands shoulder and making notes, then sent in Dr. Palmer himself. A pleasant man, first impression is that he definitely is in this to help his patients recover, be it by physical therapy or surgery. He explained everything clearly, showed the proper amount of empathy and left my husband and me feeling comfortable with him and his knowledge at the end of our appointment. His scheduler (?) Stephanie was amazing at getting my husband set up for an MRI and providing us with the medications Dr. Palmer prescribed, and the biller as we checked out was also personable, knowledgeable and friendly. The office is easy to find, being in the Tallus medical plaza on Overland, near Eagle. There is ample parking and the waiting area is welcoming and comfortable. We look forward to our continued experience with Dr. Kyle Palmer and his staff.
