I appreciate being reached out to by someone representing the facility. The resident's families need to be heard and their concerns taken seriously and addressed. I know it was only a pizza but theft is theft, no matter what it is big or small. And for a facility to not even care to try to make an effort to call and rectify a problem was inexcusable. So if you do not think your reviews are read they are. It may take a while to be contacted but if the business cares you will be contacted. I was after I had almost forgotten about making a review.

However, the two ladies up front were very rude from the moment I walked in. I understand coming in at the end of the day can be inconvenient for staff, however I came it at 4:15 and they close at 5:30. I was accosted for this, as well as for wearing the incorrect shoes as I was not informed, but the overall rudeness was very confusing as these were honest misunderstandings that did not need to be taken personally. It happens, and everyone has bad days so I will have the grace and courtesy I wish was had for me. The Nurse prac was equally as unprofessional and it just made me feel overall uncomfortable and I felt degraded by the experience by the time I left. It was very strange. The reviews for the staff seem great and I do have to return tomorrow, so I'm hoping it was just a bad day and everyone can be respectful and courteous moving forward.

They are completely clueless when it comes to breastfeeding, the nurse weighed my son wrong, and even filled out the wrong questionnaire before she realized the one she was filling out was for a 9 year old, not a 9 month old. The curtain in the exam room had blood stains all over it, trash was really full, and counter tops looked dirty. Needless to say, we walked out after 2hrs and switched doctors!!

I came here back in 2017 after a car wreck I had at SPC. Cindy and her staff were AMAZING, they were all so sweet and had very good knowledge of what they were doing and the needs of each individual client. I was actually really upset when my PT was over because the staff was so wonderful to me. My experience was far better than only 5 stars at this facility. They work with your schedule and have no problem rescheduling if needed. I will defiantly be recommending Cindy and her staff to anyone who is in need of a good PT place.
