After understanding that it was, indeed, true, I then became skeptic on the quality of their work (I just knew there was a catch somewhere), but I couldn't be happier with the quality of my new dream home!
All it took was a phone call and everything started rolling from there. I spoke with Ms. Norma- whom I HIGHLY recommend! Ms. Norma was so warm, inviting and very knowledgeable. She took my information, and within minutes, she told me what floor plans I can choose from. The following day, I selected my floor plan (with the help of Ms. Norma's expertise). I must've contacted Ms. Norma over 13 times, each day, throughout the span of two weeks, but she never made me feel I was a bother. She was prompt, understanding, patient, and she made me feel as if I was her only customer. My entire experience with her was refreshing and assuring.
After the selection of my house plan, I met Mrs. Kelly (secretary) and Mr. Terry (contractor). I was given a list of recommended stores to pick out the different features of my home- this part was so smooth it was unreal! When I went to the selected stores, they already knew who I was, my budget, and the selections were already within reach. This made picking out my doors, floors, paint, etc. a smooth experience.
The professionalism from the staff and builders is outstanding. There's not a time where I called or emailed any employee and not received a response instantly. I have never heard Mr. Terry's voicemail- he was always ready to answer any and every concern I had with my home as it was being built.
I can go on for days talking about Mrs. Kelly! Mrs. Kelly wants you in your house just as much as you do! She is working, endlessly, to make sure you get in your house as soon as possible. I have contacted Mrs. Kelly for any and everything and she has always made me feel I was top priority.
When my home was finished, Mr. Mark- the manager, did a walk-through and he was very thorough on his expectations. It is evident that he takes pride in his company and his customer's satisfaction. When I say I'm in LOVE with my new home, I mean just that! From the foundation to the roof, my home will withstand anything! From start to finish, I will give Camellia Homes 5 out of 5 stars without a doubt! You will be very impressed with how stress-free, assured, and well taken care of you will be. My home is constantly being praised by friends and family. You will NOT regret dialing their number!
