It didn't take long to get and have to say, food was good. The burger seemed a tad smaller than other locations. Food was a more expensive than other locations too, Springfield location is the worst and most expensive though. They don't have indoor seating, fyi. I felt so sorry for the crew- they all looked miserable and were sweating profusely. My husband propped one of the doors open to help the situation. When we were leaving , I suggested that they keep one of the doors on the other side so there could at least be a breeze. But the woman told me that they were not allowed to keep the doors open:(( Many years ago , I worked in a fast food place so I know how awful it is to work in that environment in addition to the low pay. The manager should have at the very least brought in fans for the staff working in a hot kitchen/or at the staff. I think that it is a very unhealthy environment and I hope that Krekel's owner /management will look into this situation as soon as possible. They can and must do better!
