Pedi: My toe was cut so short I am still in pain the next day, product was left on my leg, skirt was covered in lotion, tips completely uneven. Mani: rushed through, no base coat, sloppy application, uneven ends, chipped within hours. Longer version: I came in with a friend for the same mani-pedi so I was able to compare our service. We were shown to chair next to each other. I was waved to put my feet in the basin. It was hot and I yelped, then noticed no liner (friend has warm water and liner). She started over with a liner, then filled it until it spilled out on the floor. The manicurist left my manicure to clean up the mess. She returned to my mani without washing her hands after cleaning the dirty floor and was not wearing gloves. I had asked for short pedi and long mani. I got short mani and cut to the quick pedi. The pedi cut 3 toes down to the quick, when she used the acetone I actually jumped in pain as it stung in my fresh cut. The filing hurt and was uneven. Her massage was painful, she just dug into my muscles instead of gently circulating the scrub. She didn't wash the scrub off as I came home with a big, dried patch of it still on my leg. She got lotion all over my skirt. The mani was sloppy. She didn't pay attention, rushed through the process, forgot the base coat, and skimped on the layers so it was uneven showing through. I expect smooth, glassy looking finish. This many was full of uneven ridges and smudges. She started my mani after my friend's manicurist, stopped to clean the floor, and finished 5 minutes before my friend's manicurist. It looks terrible and started chipping later that day. I guess she didn't injure me like the pedicure. It's the day after and I am limping with pain in my toes. Avoid.

I knew I wanted a full set and a pedicure since it's been such a long time (recently had a baby and did not go at all while pregnant and haven't done at all postpartum). I was greeted by a few ladies and JinNie (pronounced Jenny) did my full set, and Paula worked on cleaning my feet and toes for prep for my pedicure. JinNie was understanding that I was unsure and suggested Cat eye which I've never done before so why not. And I typically do coffin shape but since I have a young baby I went with almond to make sure I don't scratch him. JinNie completed my set fairly quickly maybe within an hour. Paula was finishing up the prep on my feet when she told me the paint job would be handled by Philip. I was thrown off at first but it made sense that her expertise with the cleaning and care while his was the precision with painting. 1) i love my full set. Very cute and something Different. Ans JinNie was very pleasant to talk to. 2) I absolutely loved the time and care Paula took to cleaning all the dead skin around my toes and getting the gunk out. I have ingrown and it's quite uncomfortable and hard for me to fully clean myself. I was amazed at how well she did 3) love the way my toes turned out too so thanks Philip! Side note: thy prefer cash so come with enough cash, or you can use the atm in the salon. I brought some but not enough so I ended up using the atm for a $2 fee
