Not only that he was able to find the source of my pain when I thought I was a hypochondriac but he put my mind to rest when he discovered what was wrong with me and causing me debilitating pain through my entire body. The staff politely explained the procedure and along the way toward my procedure had everyone explain to me what was going to occur. They spoke to me and allowed me to take my time in mental preparation . They are probably the kindest, gentleness and loveliest people I have probably had the pleasure of being helped by, if not the best at what they do. I strongly recommend them and I am highly nervous of the medical profession. I was given wonderful and delicate care. Thank you Dr. Cha ,his lovely nurse and everyone on his staff for helping me else for helping me.

It has now been 2 weeks and my pain level is about 50% of the level prior to the procedure. Dr Cha indicated I should see additional relief over the next 6 months. Given the severity level of back pain I had experienced for the past 30 years I am very pleased with the results so far. The Doctor and his team were very professional, answered all of my questions, and made me comfortable and confident prior to the procedure. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Cha to anyone experiencing pain.

After purchasing my mom an outfit with extra pair of slacks and using gorilla tape that my 1st cousin was helpful in labeling her clothes, the help stole entire outfit. A friend of the family was on the list to take my mom to the Webster Dental and he phoned Mr while I was at work livid that the Lieberman would not allow him to take my mom and naturally her tooth got infected! Pain and suffering. This friend is like a mom and he is like her son since my brother is deceased. This way she could have enjoyed his company too. He goes back 40 years with my family. When my daughter came in for a visit her portable wheel chair gone so she had to somehow put the standard size in my trunk. Now she passed 1/15/24 and they keep sending bills. The 1st one 1800 and now 3800. My mom is teased so this is why you are getting a right up! They also opened up a credit card in her name. Wtf. The nurse Christina would always avoid me and when I called she never pu or returned my call. Way to go! She would pu the phone everything I walked toward her office. I would like an investigation to all her property that went missing. She fell one time and fractured her ribs so she was sent to Glenbrook hosp. I spent many days sitting and spending time with my mom. On 1/16/24 6pm I came to pu my mom's personal affects and they said Robert's gone for the day Wtf I came the following day so once again they must have been going thru her things. I called the Skokie Police for a theft report and mysteriously Robert turned up and I retrieved my mom's belongings. I'm sorry mom for putting you in this Hell hole but you could no longer take care of yourself! I miss you mom! Lieberman stop sending my mom anymore bills since you obviously no she is dead and you got all her money, Social Security checks, all the money you made for sending out countless bills to keep everything in house. Oh so I had to take my mom to the dentist after the swelling went down after taking antibiotics. Skokie Chick Barbara

I feel more confident in many areas of my life now too. :) The exercises she does with me on a weekly basis are easy to understand and make a huge impact! She's 94, but active, and not a pain complainer. So when she complained of severe pain . . . something had to be done. Northwestern did NOTHING. Four hospital admittances - just take Tylenol. She lives at the Breakers, and I happened to see the "pain management" sign - have to do something, let's try this. IT WORKED. Beautifully! An injection of special surgical cement in the cracked vertebra took away her pain, saved her life, really. She's back rocking, doing PT, riding the recumbent cycle, walking and eating dinner with her friends. I am so glad we came here. She's happy again. Dr. Engle is super knowledgeable, and patient. He's very honest, with clear explanations of the treatment he prescribes. He explained everything to my Mom, made sure she was comfortable and clear on her treatment. Answered all questions, and is just a great, friendly, awesome, upbeat person. Everyone in the office is fantastic. The facility is clean, and masks are worn. Day of her treatment, he was efficient, and the procedure was done in a short amount of time. Again, clear instructions about home care, and healing time. His solution worked great. She has another back issue now, but not as severe. Did not take any convincing to get her to come back here to have that solved. Don't endure back/spine pain, come here!!!

After many therapy sessions with several of the therapists my best results came in following their instructions and having Dr. E try a few different procedures to finally gain some relief. After going through 4 different doctors and many test procedures at other facilities I gained the best results at PRI.

The doctor took that feedback personally, and was standoff-ish with me during my next appointment where they asked me to come back. Shannon and the staff there are nice but they don't listen to you and certainly don't care about helping you. Avoid this place at all costs. They call themselves an "institute" but there's no thinking outside of the box. There's no learning here or an openness to do so. Nor is there any adaptation to patients' needs. In particular, younger patients. They mostly seem to "treat" elderly people. They're therapy is mostly the therapists watching you do exercises you could probably do at home. The small bit of hands-on stuff they did wasn't helpful. They will rope you in with false promises then suggest expensive out of pocket treatments like PRPs. They also like to call you incessantly if you don't answer right away instead of just leaving a brief message. If I didn't answer the first 3 times why keep calling and not simply leave a message?! In the end, I wasted a lot of time and money bothering with this place and suggest you not do the same. If you have rare or persistent chronic pain issues you're better off avoiding this place. I'd write more but Yelp doesn't allow you to type that much for reviews.
