Even after they did, they went back to talking to each other. Eventually they finished their conversation to tend to the queue which had gotten so long it was out the door. Clue one that my drink wasn't going to be right: the cashier asked me to repeat my order a bunch of times. Clue two: when one employee asked another employee what the drink even was. Clue three: when my drink was thrown on the counter and they shouted out "the almond drink thing." Yikes. Bath is a city that's overwhelmed with amazing coffee shops - this one shouldn't even be on your radar.

But, what, sets this store apart is the stupendous customer service. Here, each and every Team Member is always ready to go an extra mile to make the day of their valuable customers and no wonder they have built their own loyal customer base, for whom The Mall is synonymous with Pret. Most of the Team Members here are not of English origin and their English language skills is a bit sloppy. But, they are determined to make that deficit not a barrier to deliver an absolutely lovely and brilliant service. They listen to your needs, help you to choose your food ask for any personal specifications and don't raise an eyebrow to offer you a table service. They are polite, reasonable and completely professional. This is the only Pret where, I leave a tip. Yes, they present your coffee in Cowboy Style sometimes, and that becomes an absolute visual treat. Tucked cosily in between the BHS and Office in the ground floor of The Mall, Cribbs Causeway Shopping Centre, this place is a must drop in, to quench your thirst and satiate your taste buds with a treat, straight from the organic nature.
