They are pretty organized and they are very active on their Instagram with many programs such as open play, fun mixers, and, of course, tournaments! You have to rent the courts here to play but it's relatively reasonable for price and it's usually a fun crowd whenever I've come to visit. The courts are clean and have dividers that help prevent the balls from flying into other courts often. Overall, a great place to play pickleball or participate in their 305 series tournaments!

Instead of honoring our reservation, he continued seating more walk-ins, and our wait time increased from 30 minutes to over an hour. He never called to confirm our reservation or check if we were on our way, and it was clear that no space had been held for our group. When we raised the issue, he showed no interest in resolving it. After waiting for over an hour, three of us canceled and left, while the rest of our group eventually got to play. A reservation should actually reserve your spot. If walk-ins are going to be prioritized instead, there's no point in offering reservations. Very disappointing experience.

They have other public skate days so check out their schedule to learn what they are. Bring gloves as it can be a bit on the chilly side, and you definitely don't want to freeze your butt off for those 2 hours. Plus if you happen to slip and fall, your hands will stay warm. Also, come with a jacket and maybe a couple layers; no one has fun while shivering. When I arrived at 4pm, there was only an hour left to skate and the condition of the ice was already hacked. I think they should resurface the ice between the 2 hours as it would make the experience much more enjoyable; it wouldn't take more than 10 mins or so...at least the outer edge where most people skate around and not the center area. Sure it's much slicker, but the way the ice was...you would be tripping over holes that would catch your skates out of no where. Most of the skaters were from young children 3 years told to men in their 50s or so who can really skate. Kinda how I-95 is with so many different drivers with so many different skills; it could be a formula for a head on.

Booking is a hassle if you're traveling in as they only open online 5 days in advance or require you to book via a hotel concierge. Price is high, but is apparently in line with other courses in the area. I'm used to $100 being the top end in the Chicago so $177 is a bit shocking when nothing particularly justifies the extra cost. It's golf and I had a good time at the end of the day but I think value could be better.
