The staff at SICC give the patients their all. It's not always running smoothly but really what place does? If you get a diagnosis of cancer, get your first, second, or third opinion with Dr. Chen. I know it was fake because there was a kick back that said it didn't exist. And yes I had read the email back to her before I had hung up. Seeing the other review on here where they were surprised by an $8,000 charge explains why they refused to put anything in writing. He clearly wants people in and out as fast as possible. They will bill you through the roof, though, for the 10 minutes they see you. Dr. Moon is a true gem. I have been to four rheumatologists over the past few years and had all…read morebut given up on rheumatology until I met Dr. Moon. Dr. Moon is incredibly bright, thorough and one of the few truly caring doctors who listens and considers a patient's thoughts and the information the we bring to the table. It is rare to find a doctor that can both explain and listen so well. He also is one of the few doctors who thinks outside of the box, and understands that our bodies are truly interconnected when searching for a solution for his patients. I have heard that many other patients like myself have gone years without someone figuring out what we have or how to help us, and not only has he figured out some of their ailments on the first visit, but even if it takes longer he is truly in it for the long-haul and won't pass us on to the next doctor in line.
