The DJ and his team showed up at the venue well in advance to set up for the event. There were guests from several areas of the globe in attendance. The expectations were met despite of the requests that came from guests from Bakersfield as well as guests from the Middle East. The DJ and his staff were all extremely friendly and their level of professionalism was unbelievable! The guests spent the entire evening dancing and it was due to the DJ and his musical talents. The Anniversary was a HUGE success, we have received so many compliments on the music that was played throughout the evening! Thank you for creating such a fun filled evening on our special day. Everyone at the wedding was raving about how much they loved him. The smoke machine and fireworks were so cool and the 360 camera was a hit! I honestly believe that the DJ runs the whole event and if they don't know how to read a room it can be such a bummer so I was definitely willing to spend what I needed to to get quality entertainment and I can say beyond the shadow of a doubt that Rich and his staff were worth every bit of what they charge! Thank you Rich and all who helped, you made what could have been a very stressful evening so easy because of your professionalism and knowledge!

So when we were planning our wedding, it was a no-brainer that Rich was going to be our DJ and Event Coordinator. He was thorough, professional, punctual, attentive to the details and was amazing every step of the way in helping us to build a wedding itinerary that suited us. He helped make our day so special and helped us every step of the way. I especially loved that no matter when it was, if I texted, he responded in a timely manner with solutions to anything that came up. I was at ease when he was in charge. Thanks Richie! Our engagement shoot was in SF and he came up and it was like being with a friend. My husband and I had such a great time, every place we went he would not only capture us, but the magic around us. At one point we were driving to the next spot and we stopped in this lush green forest area and took the most beautiful pictures you have ever seen. During the wedding he was super calm and really captured the love of the ceremony. He had great ideas about lighting, placement, and poses. I love all of my pictures and would hire him again for family pictures or any other events. I enjoyed his professionalism, thought out ideas and his creativity. He really knows what he is doing and he loves what he does. His pictures are like art and not just a regular picture. I will recommend him to everyone that needs a photographer.

Before signing the contract, I…read moreinquired about a second photographer of which Austin assured me there would be one; however, on the wedding day there was no second photographer. He did not approach us before, during, or after the wedding to explain, apologize, or offer compensation for the no show. A few months after, I wrote a letter explaining my concerns and frustrations. His response was apologetic stating the second photographer had an emergency that day and was willing to compensate in the form of a print credit or special print. My husband and I decided on a print credit. Upon texting our decision to Austin, he denied offering this option. Ultimately, we settled on a picture album. There are some picture flaws I feel a second photographer could have remedied. There was a U-Haul in the background of family photos, my dress had a small train that was bunched in a few shots, and there were few guest photos. In retrospect, due to the lack of professionalism and accountability, I would have performed a more thorough search of photographers in the Bakersfield area. Austin was very easy to work with and took many beautiful pictures that we will cherish for years to come; however, I do not feel the service and price were equivalent.
