They have blocks, cubes, tubs and curds of many flavors. They have wine and spirits, and beef sticks! The shop is very clean and well organized. There are a few small tables for the drinks and snack food they serve from their front counter. They also have a small variety of local foods and items to buy. A MUST STOP! What a charming South Dakota gem! Since 1931 this dairy has been making quality craft cheese products. Today the cheese options are endless from Colby to smoked to spicy, and many more..... You can buy the cheese in blocks, cubes, curds, slices and spreads. They also have wonderful gift boxes! This dairy honors South Dakota and they offer local products including jams, jellies, popcorn, sauces, pizzas, ice cream, spices, meats, spirits, wines and coffees. (I know I missed some of the offerings.) The service is exceptional and a big shout out to Renee for serving us today. We have a long drive home so Renee equipped us with ice to keep our cheese nice and protected. We are so happy we stopped as we now have so many South Dakota treasures to take home to AZ. Stopped here on the way back from somewhere, idk, but I am so glad we stopped! The lady working was very helpful and informative and let us sample some cheeses. The garlic cheese was sooooooo good. LIke, the best. And the pepperoni one. Omg. Obviously, you have to stop here. Who doesn't want to try cheese?! They have some other local products, wine, beer, spirits, salsas, etc. We ended up buying two pizzaz and a spread. I would definitely recommend stopping by. read more
