This is the worst office I have ever experienced in my life. If you try to call to speak to…read moresomeone, good luck, the answering machine they have is always on, no one picks up the phone but if by some chance you do have luck to get someone on the phone they immediately say "hold on" and put you through the answering service again, so you are going thru a loop that is never ending or it just hangs up on you. When I am lucky to leave a message, someone gets back to you, it's never the same day though so if you're suffering forget it , and when the office staff call and leave a message on your voicemail they just say to call back , so again you go thru the answering service from HELL . There are rare times I'm able to actually speak to someone who calls me back , usually I'm not able to pick up the phone bc my work is on the phone so there are times I can't pick up if they call but I leave a remark stating that you can leave me a message. Also they don't know what's going on, I left a message in the portal bc i figured let me try that route. I got a call back the same day which surprised me but they mentioned I left a message for a practice in PA. I told them I can't get thru to a human and they were nice enough to leave a message last Friday to the appropriate office to call me back. I got a call back yesterday finally after asking a question 2 wks ago and waiting for a response , the person that called her name is Danielle, then I get a call today from Toni , and told me the same answers that I heard yesterday- I said "don't you know what's going on in the office?? " No communication between co-workers!!? I told her she's repeating what was told to me yesterday, and I mentioned that I will find another Dr. and no longer follow up in this horrible disorganized office, oh and to mention one other thing this will probably get deleted by their corporate company but when I saw the Dr for my follow up we were discussing treatments and it was a little rushed the Dr explained my results and failed to mention one other issue she found on my dexa scan and she called me the next day to let me know I had to get another x-ray for another issue that was present and told me in the phone call, " sorry I forgot to mention this in the follow up " because I was the last patient on Friday and I guess everyone was in a hurry to leave. Never again with this practice or with Dr Alexandra Marks. Very unprofessional, rushed, disorganized and no one cares about anything , forget about getting through to a human being and on top of that, also getting shamed by Toni for messaging the wrong office in the portal.

Throughout my wife's…read morepregnancy, she never once asked how my wife was feeling, never measured her belly, and completely disregarded our carefully planned birthing plan. Any concerns or complications my wife experienced were dismissed as "normal," with no solutions or guidance offered. We eventually switched to a different OB/GYN, and the difference was night and day. It became painfully clear just how negligent and dismissive Dr. Andrews had been. To make matters worse, when we requested that our medical records be transferred to our new doctor, Dr. Andrews' office ignored our request. We had to threaten legal action just to get them to comply. This was by far the worst medical experience we've ever had. If you want a doctor who listens, cares, and actually supports you during pregnancy, do not go to Dr. Andrews.
