This for the atm…read more. I've never encountered anything wrong with the machines. They updated it to dispense different denominations for the bills *finally* which I appreciated. It was quick and easy and there are always many available. As for the shadiness on sutphin, I would use the atm inside the bank around employees if making a big withdrawal or doing anything with cash going from your bag to the machine.. I've had a few uncomfortable interactions with other patrons and felt uneasy and ended up leaving before I could withdraw. Just watch your surroundings. I see why many rather withdraw with a teller here rather than ATM.

Apparently the other teller had the card. She asks my name. I tell her and show her my ID. She gives me back the card. I thank them both.

I'm next in line and this bank associate is just to engrossed fidgeting on his phone, took him a few minutes to realize I'm standing there or intentionally dismissing that I'm there ‍. No warm greetings... no eye contact. Told him the amount I need to withdraw and blatantly told me that I don't have enough funds, without even checking the other funds in my other bank accts. Its as if I interrupted him in the middle of something and just wants to get rid of me asap. He's demeanor is unprofessional and has been checking his phone all the time while assisting me.
