Companies who choose our firm rely on competent advice and fast, accurate personnel. Dropped off taxes March 4th and got them back over 5 weeks later. I called three times and got a couple different excuses. I have been customer for many years from a couple of small offices on Richmond Road to whole building at current location and got great service until this year.
