Contrary to other reviews, I have NEVER felt pressured into doing more than I asked. I do tell them to let me know if they find anything else, and they always do, but they certainly don't pressure. They explain what the problem is and answer questions about safety, but that's it. I know something about cars from past experience (and from an auto mechanics class I took YEARS ago), so I feel comfortable with what they tell me.
