I'm a teen girl and I needed to go get a bra because I've recently grown out of mine and there is a sales woman named Melinda in Odessa TX who helped me so much. She was amazing about informing me about how a bra should properly fit and how important it is because of breast health. She made sure everything fit right and I was comfortable as well as making sure that the bra was within my style as a teen so it wasnt too mature or too junior I absolutely loved her help. read more

The prices are too high. You're just paying for brand, not for quality of the clothing. But some clothing is very nice.

I don't know how this place stays in business. It was packed with ugly merchandise throughout the whole store. There is so much stuff in the store, it's suffocating! Also, it's so hot in there, I'm not sure if they are trying to cut down on cost by keeping it 80 degrees in there, but I can tell you one thing, they will be missing out on customers! Dirty place. Used to be a great Dillard's in early 2000-2009. Junior dressing rooms are always disgusting and it almost smells like someone has used the restroom a time or two in there. Just take the time to use the other dressing rooms (which are not much nicer). Clothing is always left piled up in there while the attendant stands sulking at the desk. The other department ladies are usually very nice and helpful but this has just gone to crap. read more

I had to do a return because the outfit my mother purchased was to small for my daughter. Well the lady was rude she was like what can I help you with in a rude voice. And she was like what are you returning in a rude voice I'm like hold on let me get the merchandise out. I'm sorry you do not like your job but dont take it out on customers and learn customer service while you are at it. read more

Store was pretty trashed. Not sure if they were working on it or if that is how it usually is. I am a big customer service person. I don't need you following me around, just say hi and ask me if I need help. 3 girls standing around laughing while I got my items and none of them said a word. Dillard's in Odessa, Texas has the worst customer service. They do not honor any of their return policies and have so many unwritten policies that they go by. We went to return a dress that was never worn, in perfect condition and it's was bought 17 days prior. They would not let us return because it was "almost" 30 days. We got the manager involved and he did the exact same thing. This Dillard's is despicable. They are so far from honorable and customer centered. Never will I ever go back to this one.
