Over the years, I've been able to find exceptionally good seasonal clearance sales on men's big and tall shirts. The key is dropping by this location often enough to catch the best selections. Much of my closet space is filled with high-quality clothing from this store. When perusing the sales racks, you'll have to help yourself, as any significant sales assistance is mostly provided to those customers who are paying full retail prices. Stopping in for a brief search en route back home from a holiday visit, I met Sharon who took me to where I needed to go for key Christmas gifts. She knows where to find everything and what questions get answers that identify target items. In just a few minutes I'd purchased two gifts that give great delight to the recipient. I just love Dillard's. If only they were North. This is a great Dillard's. It has all of the typical divisions of any department store, but Dillard's improves upon what is offered through a certain sophistication that its competitors lack. During my most recent trip, I was able to get a great deal on a pair of flats recently. Another nice thing about Dillard's is that great deals can be found on the same popular name brands that are offered at Macy's. The customer service here is friendly, but maybe a little more inconsistent than the Dillard's on University. Overall, such an amazing staple. read more

The selections were great... and 90 percent of customer service was great. (lingerie ) and kim williams. However, the associates that smoke really reek of cigarette smoke .. literally like sitting in an ashtray ... smoke smell lingers on your clothes long after you leave the store. felt like i was in eastern europe.. read more

My family and I are visiting from California. I wanted a new pair of shoes so we headed to Dillards. I walked around for 15 minutes and no one bothered to Greer me or ask me if I needed assistance. There were at least 3 women working the floor. They were standing around talking to each other. At one point, an employee from the make up counter approached the women working in the shoe department so they could try some lotion. I will say that I'm very disappointed in the treatment but I did manage to go in the mall and purchase a pair of riding boots. read more

I think this is probably the largest Dillard's in Arkansas. There's a whole lot of floor space so many items you could spend all day looking around if you don't know what you're looking for. I like the Dillard's brand Cremieux (think that's spelled right) jeans. I bought a couple pairs last year and they have stood up to many washings very well and they are very comfortable too. read more

Parking and entry is easy to come and go for a quick trip. I ran in for something I needed at the Clinique makeup counter. I parked on the side of the highway and entered through women's clothing. There were no sales associates to ask where the makeup counter is, but I found it up through the escalators. The ladies at the Clinique counter were very bubbly and sweet... Went in during tax free weekend to buy some new suits for an upcoming business trip to NYC. With summer weather in AR, I went in to the Men's section in worn jeans and a T-shirt. Went around the racks twice and not one sales person came up to me to offer assistance. Went to the show department next, same deal. Sales folks just eyeballed me. I had heard that these folks were stuck up, but didn't believe it till now. First and last time here. Too bad. Went to Men's Wearhouse instead and left the store with 5 new outfits. They always treat their customers respectfully there and don't judge a book by its cover. read more

Selection was fine, cleanliness and organization were fine -- store in general is perfectly all right. Not great, but worth visiting. However, I ended up leaving before buying anything because a salesperson was following me around and making invasive comments! Definitely not coming back. read more
