Dilanchian Chiropractic provides one of the best therapies I have ever had. The staff is really caring and nice. During the therapy, you can choose stimulators or massage beds. Stimulators weren't really something for me, but I would definitely recommend the massage beds. That 15-minute therapy relaxes your body for the rest of the day. They also do adjustments, I don't really know if that's what it called, but after every 3rd or 4th session, the doctor does that, and it's really helpful as well. I have been to 4 places like this, and I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. Nowhere else have I received such nice service, and whenever you call, you never stay on the line for more than a minute. read more

I was involved in a car accident in which I was severely injured, I found Dr. Dilanchian and on my first visit I was greeted by a very friendly & professional staff. Once I completed the paperwork I was walked in to see Dr. Dilanchian and base on his questions I noticed he was a Chiropractic who truly cares about his patients and not just about making money. I went here expecting top level service based on the reviews that have been left. Currently they are only taking Cash and Car accident patients, not a big deal because I was expecting a full exam, adjustment and treatment. When I got there the front desk staff was nice and pleasant. However the actual appointment is where it all fell apart. Going through the assessment, the doctor was receptive to my pain and seemed to understand how to fix the issues, however the adjustment was essentially a formality. I noted multiple places of pain and yet only the neck was "addressed" and the lumbar spine. He then gave me "exercises" to do while I was at home. I noted oh this one hurts my hip (hopefully sending a hint that my hips had not been adjusted and would be addressed, the hint wasn't taken) and was told "oh just don't do that then." Following the "assessment" and "adjustment" the treatment began. ESTIM pads were placed on my shoulders and neck with an infrared light hovering over my body to be left for 15minutes. Initially only 1 channel of the ESTIM had been turned on and it wasn't until the nurse(I'm not certain of her title) came back I notified her that it was not turned on. After 15 minutes I was told that was it and was sent in my merry way. After paying $80 I walked out with the same pain that I came in. I personally will not be returning, and I would not recommend this chiropractor to anyone else. read more

This Chiropractic office is unbelievably amazing. Their staff is courteous and polite and super accommodating. Their flexible walk in appointments and Saturday availability is very helpful. In Mid-March is was involved in a rear end collision on the freeway with my 2 children. We have been treating at this office over the last few weeks and could not be happier with the level of care. I live in the area so this office is super convenient. On one occasion, just shortly after our 2nd therapy session, I ran into Dr. Dilanchian at Wholefoods in the neighboring area one evening after work. He actually recognized me from afar and took the time to walk over to me and my daughter to say hello and ask how we were feeling. That to me shows true character and compassion for his practice and a genuine care for his patients. This is the what compelled me to write this review. I'm finding that people rarely take the time for small gestures like that in this busy world and that meant a lot to us. Having to juggle all of the Dr's appointments as a result of this accident was already stressful enough. This office makes that a bit easier with their professionalism and level of care and flexible hours. As a business owner myself, I understand the importance of providing good care and service to my clients. This practice definitely exceeded my expectations. We are 1/2 way done with treatments on the Chiropractic side but still have healing to do with my sons wrist fracture which resulted from the accident. When one seeks a care provider, one is already in a difficult, often painful situation. I am a patient due to a car injury on August 4th. The pain on my shoulder, neck, and back got progressively worse. They were very accommodating and scheduled me for my first visit the next day. I can now walk in whenever I have the time and they will take me in without appointment required. I still call as a courtesy. They have three offices and the doctor visits all of them which is great! The other doctor in the office at Glendale location explained to me the X-ray results and then did an adjustment. My back is still in pain but it feels better after every visit. read more
