Today was my final treatment session following a car-related injury to my neck and back, and I truly can't say enough good things about this office. From start to finish, I was treated with dignity, respect, and genuine kindness. Loretta and Valerie, two of the techs, were absolutely amazing, professional, patient, hardworking, and always so kind. They made every visit feel comfortable and welcoming. There was also another tech whose name I didn't catch, but she was just as helpful and friendly, and I appreciate her as well. A special thank you to Dr. Dilanchian for the excellent care and professionalism throughout my treatment. This entire team goes above and beyond, and I'm very grateful for the experience. Highly recommend. read more

I've been coming here for a while, and I can honestly say this office is amazing from start to finish. The chiropractors truly know what they're doing, and I've seen real results -- less tension and noticeably less pain with consistent adjustments. Loretta is absolutely AMAZING. She's incredibly patient, clearly loves what she does, and I genuinely look forward to seeing her each week. She always takes the time to listen, knows exactly where I'm feeling pain, and knows how to help every time. Valerie is also amazing.. I was involved in a car accident in which I was severely injured, I found Dr. Dilanchian and on my first visit I was greeted by a very friendly & professional staff. Once I completed the paperwork I was walked in to see Dr. Dilanchian and base on his questions I noticed he was a Chiropractic who truly cares about his patients and not just about making money. Through the process, I was always greeted by a friendly staff and made me feel better during the painful times and with the Chiropractic treatment Dr. Dilanchian help me put me on the road to recovery and I was able to recuperate from my injuries. I went here expecting top level service based on the reviews that have been left. Currently they are only taking Cash and Car accident patients, not a big deal because I was expecting a full exam, adjustment and treatment. When I got there the front desk staff was nice and pleasant. However the actual appointment is where it all fell apart. Going through the assessment, the doctor was receptive to my pain and seemed to understand how to fix the issues, however the adjustment was essentially a formality. I noted multiple places of pain and yet only the neck was "addressed" and the lumbar spine. He then gave me "exercises" to do while I was at home. I noted oh this one hurts my hip (hopefully sending a hint that my hips had not been adjusted and would be addressed, the hint wasn't taken) and was told "oh just don't do that then." Following the "assessment" and "adjustment" the treatment began. ESTIM pads were placed on my shoulders and neck with an infrared light hovering over my body to be left for 15minutes. Initially only 1 channel of the ESTIM had been turned on and it wasn't until the nurse(I'm not certain of her title) came back I notified her that it was not turned on. After 15 minutes I was told that was it and was sent in my merry way. After paying $80 I walked out with the same pain that I came in. I personally will not be returning, and I would not recommend this chiropractor to anyone else. read more

This Chiropractic office is unbelievably amazing. Their staff is courteous and polite and super accommodating. Their flexible walk in appointments and Saturday availability is very helpful. In Mid-March is was involved in a rear end collision on the freeway with my 2 children. We have been treating at this office over the last few weeks and could not be happier with the level of care. I live in the area so this office is super convenient. On one occasion, just shortly after our 2nd therapy session, I ran into Dr. Dilanchian at Wholefoods in the neighboring area one evening after work. He actually recognized me from afar and took the time to walk over to me and my daughter to say hello and ask how we were feeling. That to me shows true character and compassion for his practice and a genuine care for his patients. This is the what compelled me to write this review. I'm finding that people rarely take the time for small gestures like that in this busy world and that meant a lot to us. Having to juggle all of the Dr's appointments as a result of this accident was already stressful enough. This office makes that a bit easier with their professionalism and level of care and flexible hours. As a business owner myself, I understand the importance of providing good care and service to my clients. This practice definitely exceeded my expectations. We are 1/2 way done with treatments on the Chiropractic side but still have healing to do with my sons wrist fracture which resulted from the accident. When one seeks a care provider, one is already in a difficult, often painful situation. If you are ever in the need of a great Chiropractor in Glendale, I highly recommend Dr. Dilanchian Chiropractic office. On behalf of my children and myself, thank you Dr. Dilanchian, Eva and Staff for providing excellent services to your patients. Keep up the great work, you guys are awesome read more

I came in because my lower back was hurting after a rear end collision on the freeway. I was not able to do everyday tasks and exercise. Dr. Dilanchian took his time to understand my pains, asked a lot of questions, and was cautious in his treatment. Having a very stressful job causing chronic back and shoulder problems, I've been to lots of chiropractors and massage therapist including many good ones. Dr. Dilanchian has been the most knowledgeable and helpful one by far. He gets me out of pain quickly and the treatments are great. He's very professional as well as caring and friendly. A family member was involved in a car accident recently and after my referral to Dilanchian Chiropractic Clinic, was out of pain and misery in no time. The staff there are also wonderful. I am a patient due to a car injury on August 4th. The pain on my shoulder, neck, and back got progressively worse. They were very accommodating and scheduled me for my first visit the next day. I can now walk in whenever I have the time and they will take me in without appointment required. I still call as a courtesy. They have three offices and the doctor visits all of them which is great! The other doctor in the office at Glendale location explained to me the X-ray results and then did an adjustment. My back is still in pain but it feels better after every visit. read more
