About 2 years ago I was feeling really tired, fatigued and mentally defeated.I just considered it with getting older. I was put on medical leave by a different doctor thinking I was having anxiety issues, which I wasn't. I had missed my wellness checkup by 2 years, neglecting my health. After having my wellness checkup 2 years later, Dr. Kaplan called me into his office and began explaining what was going on with my body concerning my prolaspe. He went into great detail, drew pictures that I could understand and showed me detailed pictures on the computer. He didn't rush through the details. After the visit, I was overwhelmed and a bit nervous about my situation. I thought if I don't go forward with the surgery, things would only get worse for my health. So, Dr. Kaplan proceeded with tests for several weeks explaining my test results and helped to ease my fear and anxiety moving forward with the surgery. Once surgery was completed, Dr. Kaplan came into my room and assured me the surgery went well. The next few weeks were painful but the outcome was fantastic. Dr. Kaplan restored my health both mentally and physically. My post op appointment went smooth. I'm very pleased of the outcome. Dr. Kaplan is a truly outstanding urogynocologist.

She is the first doctor who has taken the time to learn about me as a whole person who has medical issues instead of as a case file. I tried to make an appointment for a lingering cough and mentioned that I've also had some accompanying pains in my lungs. After calling several other places with no luck, I reached out to Tom. From the first conversation, he stood out--he patiently listened to my concerns, explained the mold testing process thoroughly, and made arrangements to meet my son the very same day. My son had been dealing with severe headaches and allergy symptoms for weeks, and I was so relieved when Tom arrived promptly and conducted several tests, including a tape test. He sent the samples to the lab immediately, and within just three days, we received detailed results identifying the type of mold, its severity, and likely causes. The results confirmed how dangerous the situation was, and thanks to Tom's quick action, my son was able to move out of the hazardous environment. Tom's professionalism, expertise, and genuine care made an incredibly stressful situation so much more manageable. I am so grateful for his help and cannot thank him enough. If you're dealing with a potential mold issue, Tom is absolutely the person to call. I wish more people operated with his level of integrity and dedication!

It felt like every time I opened a cabinet or closet I'd find more mold growing on surfaces, stored items, and cloths! It was pretty bad. Not to mention the frequent mold on and around the edges of the interior windows. I kept cleaning it up and washing cloths, but the mold just kept coming back. We were fairly sure that the mold was causing us to have persistent congestion and irritated airways. This was especially troublesome because we had a new baby and he was always soooo congested! To the point where we actually consulted an ENT doctor. We connected with Lauren and Geoffrey at Pacific Mold Pros for some help. They were so incredibly kind, knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do. They provided step by step recommendations and specific instructions that were catered to our needs and our situation. It took several months but we stayed the course and trusted them and sure enough it was successful! Our house is so much healthier to live in now and we do NOT have those respiratory symptoms that were previously so concerning. And we immediately noticed such a difference for our little guy - he stopped snoring when sleeping! Now with just a little ongoing maintenance we are keeping the mold out of our home. Thank you Pacific Mold Pros. Seriously, so grateful for you guys! Sincerely, Noah
