This is our second refinance using Scott Gilman in the past decade. We were beyond pleased the…read morefirst time and couldn't imagine how a refi could get any better, but it did. Scott is not only extremely knowledgeable, he is also very communicative and responds very quickly to questions or concerns, even after he has your loan application guaranteed. Even though we were very sure that we knew what we were doing, there was no question, great or small, intelligent or inane that Scott (or Alan) didn't respond to with immediacy. One other note, when we decide to refinance this time because of the low interest rates, we asked our financial advisor if he could recommend a financial institution to us since it had been about ten years since our previous refinance. The only person he recommended was Scott Gilman. Thank you to Scott, Alan, and the rest of the team for making this process so easy.

All of those at HMS that I communicated were professional, responsive, detailed information provided, answered every question and did everything that they could to minimize our interaction and any delays. Matthew Gonzalez, Loan Officer, was my primary contact and was fabulous to work with. We spoke often, making sure that all of the documents needed were reviewed for any inconsistencies, as well as initiating follow-up to make sure that everything was moving towards Plan, with an estimated conclusion date for the loan. Freddy Neiyer, Loan Processor was extremely diligent and helpful. Jasmine Arroyo, Loan Closer, was fabulous and minimized any of our inputs. All went according to plan. I also interacted with Maria Pineda, Sr. Loan Processor. If you're looking for an expeditious and painless Loan, I highly recommend HMS Capital!
