If I could give this place no stars I would. I had gone to this office for over 10 years before it purchased and the quality went into the toilet. The front desk staff are pushy and unfriendly. Making up random charges to get the most money out of patients. Dentists that are nasty and judgmental, not patient oriented at all. I had a terrible cleaning that left my mouth full of blood and sore mouth for weeks! I have terrific oral hygiene and I know they were being so rough for no reason. Doctor Ahn install a Maryland Bridge for a missing front lower tooth. She replaced the tooth with an 1 initial examination where digital images and x-rays were taken. The replacement tooth was designed, milled and installed inside of 3 hours. No needles. I am a happy customer. Doctor Ahn is very professional and loves performing cosmetic dentistry. read more

You deserve better than this dental office. I spent thousands here on multiple treatments. One of those was for a root canal and here I am,less than 2 years later, looking at the x-ray of this root canal at a real dentist office. It was not done correctly and is now infected, my mouth hurts and I have to spend a few thousand more to have it fixed correctly. Don't be a sucker, find a better dental office. read more

They made sure I was nice and comfortable and that I didn't feel any pain. The dentist was very good with giving the numbing shots.I didn't feel anything. Poor service and unqualified dentist. Want you to pay upfront and give a package price however they scam you for not completing services and or do other services that was not approved from patient or told what needs to be done before doing services. Also drilled into tongue while preying to perform a roof canal, which they didn't complete. Had to see a different dental office to correct there unprofessional service. I never thought the dentist could be one of the slyest scammers. Please do NOT pay for anything upfront. I've paid over $1000 and have only had my teeth cleaned in October 2023. For months, I've emailed, called, and driven over 30 minutes on way to the regional manager's office Pearl Harrod to get my refund, but they continue to keep charging me. I plan on reporting this dentist to the Dental State Board and pursuing a lawsuit. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. read more

This office used to be "Pacific Blue Dental" for many years and they were a wonderful dentistry that provided superb service to my family (of 5 total) for many years. (All these top ratings from over a year ago were for Pacific Blue Dental just so you all are informed) It's very sad they were bought over by digital smiles. We figured to give them the benefit of the doubt and still work with them. I've been getting dental work many years and have never had an issue but when Dr. Sutherland and the team insisted I fix a tooth at my checkup - I didn't know I would have to endure severe pain for 6 weeks and 2 more visit to find out the cement from my crown melted into my tooth pocket and causes a sore. When they "fixed" this (painfully done too) I had relief for a day before the pain came back; I had to take 600mg ibuprofen 2x a day and I would be woken up in the middle of the night with EXTREME pain. I felt like my life wouldn't go back to normal. My following visit a couple weeks later when I explained the pain to Dr. Sutherland - he THEN told me that it could take several months for it to heal...why didn't he tell me that from the get go. Also he couldn't stop raving about a "Perfect" job he did. It was NOT a perfect job. On top of that they try to upsell patients HEAVILY, do you want a laser, fluoride, etc. T Lastly, at my final cleaning with them- they had a new manager (ofcourse) and when I asked if there was anything for me to do they had the nerve to say I owe $500+ for my service in February when I paid what was due at the time of service and the rest was charged to insurance. They are very un-organized and money hungry I am sad to say. The only reason this isn't a 1 star is because the hygienist are amazing. That's the only positive I can give. My family and I will be finding a new density and I would advise that if you are considering them to think twice as they figure out how to provide run their dentistry. read more

This was my daughter's first time at this office. We recently switched dentist offices. Dr. Ahn was amazing! My daughter being very nervous, Dr. Ahn was very patient and kind with my daughter. The dental assistant that assisted her was very nice as well. He went over everything that was going to be done. I had my dental implant back in 2017 and thought I would have it for my lifetime. Sadly, I was told that I need to remove it now and redo the implant. Considering the fact that it took the dentist so much struggle to put in the implant originally back in 2017, I already started to feel skeptical about how long it would last. It turns out my doubt eventually comes true. This dental place has a history of keeping patients wait for hours. One time I got so mad for the long wait, the customer service gave me a $5 Starbucks gift card. Thanks god, my hours only worth $5! What a joke! Now I need to pay another $2,500 to remove it and another $2,500 to put a new implant. The biggest mistake I have ever made! Worse, the customer service now avoids answering my call until I call her with a different number. I have hence decided not to proceed my next dental surgery with them to prevent another disaster!
