I placed them on the counter and asked for a receipt. I was told, "If you want a receipt, you can take a picture." I found this odd, but I took the picture. On Monday morning there was still no record via the Fedex tracking website. So I contacted the receiving party to inform them what was going on. Later that evening it finally showed on the Fedex tracking website. This was my second time with less than stellar customer service at this location, thus prompting this review. Their lack of communication is frustrating. Leaving $700 dollars of merchandise without getting a receipt is unacceptable. I was stuck leaving it there because of my timeframe, but I will not use this place again.

He seemed like he didn't even want to have a conversation and had no care in the world for any issues you had. They said they would charge me 150-225 depending on what's wrong. I was okay with that.
