I get there in 15 minutes with my shirts, walk in, told the woman at the front that I just spoke to a gentle man about these shirts and he said I could get them done today, politely explained to her that I tried myself and messed up and I needed them for my kids for tomorrow. she said "well I can't promise they will be done today I'm swamped"... I said okay I will have to go elsewhere because I needed them THANKED HER and left. The man then CALLED MY FIANCES PHONE BACK from our earlier call and said "I NEVER TOLD YOUR FIANCÉ SHE COULD BRING IN THE SHIRTS AND THEY WOULD BE DONE AT THAT MOMENT" (with an extremely nasty attitude) my fiancé was standing with me while I was in the shop and he explained to him I never walked into the shop and mentioned I needed them done at that moment. He told the man that I never demanded the shirts be then and told him what the woman said. He said bring the shirts back I told you they'd be done by 7 tonight. I was not going to leave a review or even complain because I am last minute and I understand businesses get busy but after this man had the nerve to call us back with an attitude and say what he said is UNACCEPTABLE! I have had work done from them before and I actually referred them to others many times but NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!! They've lost all my business!!

Granted, you don't know exactly what you are getting (it's recycled, so me thinks they mix a bunch of similar cans together, say whites and may be flat to eggshell), so if you just need paint without much sheen for walls, it's a good buy. My only caution on the big buckets is that it may not be a full 5 gallons worth (not complaining, I love the deal as is), but if you think you will need the full 5, you might want to get an extra can. My 5-gallon bucket did not seem as full as the last 5-gallon bucket I bought at Lowe's, so maybe it was closer to 4.5 gallons. I budgeted 5 gallons, but my estimate erred on the high side, so I was nervous when it cane down to the last coat in the last room, but I made it with a pint to spare for touch ups. Friendly staff and a good assortment. So many types and colors. And if they don't have your shade, they can custom mix for an additional fee (something like $10-$15 for 5 gallons, so still a significant savings over hardware/paint shops. I'm coming back for all my paint projects!! Update on hours: M-F 9-2. T, W, Th also 3-5 (closed 2-3 for lunch or siesta :-); Sat 10-4; closed Sundays.
