I employed "Skals IT" to speed up my laptop and fix the "no sounds" out of speakers or headphones…read moreissue it recently had. Had happened in the last two days, were working and just suddenly stopped working. But did work to an external source like extended screen. The good - he accessed my laptop by remote connection and he cleared a lot of bloatware with CC Cleaner free version. And did get my laptop to run better. But he couldn't get my sound to work on on speakers or headphones and after uninstalling and reinstalling Realtek drivers a few times, he stated that the sound-card must have failed on the laptop, which either requires a used motherboard to be fitted (because new aren't available) or buy a new laptop. The bad: So I did some digging and found an app called "Fortrek for windows". I paid for one year's service and "Fortrek" went right through my laptop, cleared up more junk on it AND updated every driver that was out of date. It rebooted my laptop after all processes and guess what? My sound is now working on the speakers and on the headphones perfectly.

For apple devices only capable of 5 ghz wifi band, I got an increase from about 120mb to about 250 mb. On Devices capable of using the 6 ghz band, I went from 120mb to about 700mb. Then he helped set up my work server so that other employees could access my billing database so that I did not need to have a complicated and manpower intensive way of getting everyone's data into the master file. He went above and beyond the call of duty, was knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommended.

Last week I got a call to participate because the 1000th survey I completed finally met their desired demographic but I like to think it's because of my dashing good looks. They were looking for someone to chat about their favorite sports for 2 hours and they wanted to slide 85 Washington's my way for it. It's on like Donkey Kong (yeah, I went there). I showed up as requested, looking for my free cash and after checking in they had sandwiches, candy, snacks and refreshments to partake in before heading into their Mad Men-esque conference room. There was a huge one-way mirror and some microphones around the room to record our discussion. We talked about different sports, why we liked them, our level of interest and toothless NASCAR fans. They handed out checks on our way out and that ish cleared the mother truckin' bank! I'll go chat about tampons and flowers with Ask Miami if they want me to. It's the easiest cash I've ever made with the same time that I would have otherwise used to be inappropriate with Little Will. He then had a tantrum and ripped out one of the pages and proceeded to want to CHARGE US for the reprint.... Keep in mind this was a $200 book and he still wanted an extra $50 to reprint it. When he had ripped out the page he also messed up our cover, and when he went to try and scrape it off and wasn't able to, he told us to leave and threatened to call the police. I never leave reviews but this experience was too horrible to not warn others. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Even the way he spoke to us was the most condescending and unprofessional way i've ever been spoken to in my life. We were nothing but respectful, calm and polite, but David was basically throwing the equivalent of an adult tantrum ESPECIALLY when he ripped out the page in front of us. Extremely unprofessional behavior and inappropriate- aside from the fact that the book came out wrong. DO NOT PRINT HERE.
