I put together a gaming computer gaming for my grandaughter and shipped it to her. Unfortunately it was damaged during shipping. My daughter took it in to Digi Dudes to see if they could get it working. Turns out he didn't have the ability to test the SSD drive so he offered to put an inferior replacement used drive for a slight reduction in price and keep the very expensive brand new drive. Understand that the SSD in the computer was brand new and would have been covered under warranty. Totally unethical behavior. Avoid this place like the plague. read more

I being the IT manager at many Location including one in Jackson MI. I have used them on many occasions and found that they were professional and service cost is reasonable and from what I hear from the people at that location have nothing but good words to say. read more

I had a MacBook Air whose hard drive had went had. I took it in to Digi Dudes, they told me they would send it to their Apple certified specialist and get back with me. A week passed and I heard nothing. So I called them and Ramona told me that the Mac specialist had not gotten back with them. A few days passed, I called again. She said that he had ordered a new hard drive. A few more days passed, I went in to the office to see if there was any news. Ramona told me that the Apple specialist had gotten a bad part but that when he was taking my computer apart he had found that the motherboard was also bad. I asked for the computer to be brought back to me anyways. Another week went past, I called multiple times and went in twice to the office and the laptop was still not there. Finally, almost an entire month has gone by at this point, Ramona called me and left a voicemail saying I could come in and pick it up. Apparently the Apple specialist had downloaded some of my data onto a flashdrive and they wanted to charge me $113 for my Mac and the flashdrive....yet NOTHING had been fixed. I declined the flashdrive and she bumped the price down to $89. I was very disappointed with the lack of communication throughout the entire month, since it was always me calling and me asking what the status was. They never apologized for how long it took them. The overall lack of professionalism and the length of time it took was awful. I will not be taking any of my equipment back. read more
