Service was superb to the point ice was provided to keep hummus fresh till it arrived home. Offering (Greek): hummus, garlic spread, salad, olives, yogurt, grape leaves, pita bread/chips.. Licks: hummus was what I desired. Didn't want to accept whatever samples offered. Wanted to self-choose. -no sugar nor salt added. All flavas natural. 20+varietals. New flavas weekly. Not all "Greek". -seems all have base ingredients: chickpeas, spices, sesame tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, roasted garlic. Cactus Hummus (7) 8 oz. -...radish, Serrano (peppers), tomato, onions. -base taste in background with nuanced notes of tomato, onions and sharp hotness in foreground. Crunchiness of onions & radish felt. Artichoke & Spinach Hummus (7) 8oz. ...artichoke, spinach+ base. -greenish coloured. Flava earthy with subtle notes from artichoke, spinach. *doubt I will buy hummus again. Like any well known snacks/food. The base is the same. Flavas are variable. Other offerings are possible eats.. Didn't buy any pita chips cuz they are addictive. Eating too much messes with my yin yang-too much fried goodness. 4 stars for hummus, 5th star for service.

I love the Farmers market, especially on a sunny Saturday morning. it's always fun stopping by…read moreregular vendors and finding new ones. We found this vendor months ago at the Vacaville Farmers Market and ever since then, we always leave with bag full of goods. He offers samples of all the flavors and also samples of his Pita bread/ chips. Everything taste fresh! I noticed there are new flavors. Everything is good but our go-to are Cilantro & jalapeno, habanero/parmesan, fresh basil garlic, garlic and chives and 1-2 packs of the pita bread. The pita bread is soft and moist. Perfect for the freshness of the dips. they're so addicting you can eat 1-2 and almost half of the hummus container if you're really hungry! we have tried mango Greek yogurt, tzatziki sauce, classic which are all great too! I don't know his schedule but as far as I know, He's at the Vacaville farmers market Saturday mornings and Kaiser Vacaville Tuesday afternoon. Support small businesses! It's perfect when they're also really good!

As you head out from the BART station walk along Adeline in the opposite direction of Berkeley Bowl in the direction of Flacos. Keep walking for a bit & you will see them on the right hand side of Adeline. Lots of organic produce here. Some of it maybe a bit costly yet fresh as you can imagine as the blueberries I picked up were picked the morning that I bought them. I like that it is compact, lots of variety, & w/ heaps of organics. I do a lot of my own cooking as I frequently make smoothies for breakfast along w/ stews w/ whole grains for lunch along w/ dinner. I have recently gotten into making different customized trail mixes. I picked up some blueberries, raspberries, cantaloupe, squash, & almonds. Other items that I saw that looked interesting that I didn't pick up were avocados & sprouts. Look forward to returning here again soon!
