The part I was looking for was a bit hard to find at any other scrap yard in Fresno but I was able to find it here. The price was a little bit misleading at first but the receipt break down was reasonable enough. Customer service was pretty good from what I've experienced in the automotive business and I had a nice conversation with the man at the counter learning about their issues about taking over the business from the previous owner. Overall an appreciated local establishment since I like to shop local in Kerman and I'm glad to know that there is another option in town for specific car parts other than the large chain stores

I had the car towed here on a Saturday when they answered the phone and told me they could take care of the issue. The man that answered, Daniel, was very polite and attentive to my every need. The repair was even more difficult because the part that was needed was not easily found. Daniel had a member of his team find what we needed a local pick and pull (saving lots of money) and got the whole thing repaired in a matter of days. The price was very reasonable for the amount of work and effort they had to put into the whole repair. I will definitely go back here for future auto repair needs.

If something as critical as brakes can't be handled properly here, I would strongly recommend going elsewhere for service. I would not recommend Tyler Reyes, he is not a good mechanic.
