Bought a brand new set of tires and they were bald by 15k. They claimed the tires have warranty to 50k and refused to help us. Made us pay for another set of tires, then it happened again. this occurred twice in the span of a year. They are truly useless. read more

I needed tires to finish my trip home. Being from out of town I received a recommendation to try this place. shop manager Steve talked to me and we got the two tires ordered in. I got tires on that day; even before they were promised. Nice to see the caring for their customers. read more

I went to a quick oil change place in town and was asked if I wanted my coolant level checked. They told me they could not fill the coolant because my cap was broken, and they didn't have the equipment to fix the reservoir if it broke while they removed it. I was headed out of town the next day, and coolant was low, so I arrived at Diehl approximately 30 minutes before closing. The office lady said I would have to come back on Monday (3 days later), and the owner was walking through and said, "If you wait, I can look." I waited, and within 30 minutes, I was out the door with a replaced cap and a new service station (I won't be going back to the quick oil change place). The price charged was less than I expected for a last-minute service--the best service ever--5 stars. read more

Very unimpressed! My daughter, a 21 year old, struggling , working college student took her car here a couple months ago for a leak issue! They charged $700 and something to fix the problem. Today she had to take it back because it was leaking again exactly like before. Guess what!! Now they want $500 more to replace a $50 hose. Which was the leak issue to begin with!! So now we are out 1200.00 for a leak fix. Nice way to take advantage of a young college students with parents 5 hours away. My husband even called to dispute the issue and they wouldn't come off the price. Disappointing!! read more

Charged 2 hours labor to change spark plug and coal on a 4 cylinder. Charged $40 for diagnostic where it's free at all auto parts stores. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f4eFtb4f2cA&t=47s read more

I've been here multiple times for repairs and maintenance. They're usually done is less time than expected. If it does end up taking longer, they're great about updating me. Recently I need a lot of things done on a car I just bought and they lowered the markup on the parts quite a bit. read more

This place was the very best you could want until the new owners took over. The staff is barely coherent and knows hardly anything about automobiles. Just listening to them explain what the issue with a vehicle might be and how to properly fix it makes you cringe. I stopped doing business there for the safety of others that ride in my automobile. Hopefully they hire some better staff or educate the staff they have hired on there. read more

I will always take my truck here. Rodney has done a great job with it and will always help me out with pricing. Highly recommend this place and will not take my truck anywhere else but here read more

Oh I go in telling them I'm needing an alternator replaced, i have had multiple mechanics tell me I needed one, I go in and they tell me it's not the alternator it's the starter and I needed a new battery. My truck starts acting up again and I take to o'Reillys they check it and say it's completely blown, I take it back to diehl and they try to tell me it's still fine, later on in the day I convince them to take it off and have it tested at the o'Reillys so they can see first hand it doesn't work. They try to make me pay for the alternator and labor and I refused. Saying I came here to get an alternator not a starter and a battery. After long day of sorting things out they put it on for free, knowing they were wrong. It's like going in for heart surgery and getting a sex change basically. 10/10 wouldn't go back or refer people. read more

In the past the old owners would look at my car for free. Was charged $45 just for a test drive and putting it up on the rack to look at the front tires to see if it needed new ball joints. That was last week, this week went to a different place to have a state inspection (received paper for it after I went there). Had to buy a new tire because tire was worn down on the inside of the wheel and belt wires were coming out. I could have had a blow out, why or how did they not see this. 26 Feb 2017 read more

These newer owners are the worst. They have been misleading and borderline dishonest with us twice already. I unfortunately had to take both of our vehicles that we had serviced there recently to another shop to have their poorly performed work fixed elsewhere. I had been taking my vehicles here for 14 plus years with no complaints about the previous crew and owners. Never again will I waste hard earned money at the Warrensburg, MO Diehl Tire Center location again. read more

Everyone at Diehl Tire was wonderful. The service was great and the work was done quickly. My truck went directly from the back of the tow truck to a bay in the garage. Within a couple of hours they called me with a very reasonable quote. They had my truck repaired, new ties on, and me back on the rode by 11:00 am the next day. The mechanic and the office staff were very nice and tremendously helpful. Thanks to Diehl Tire, I was able to continue my summer road trip with only a small delay. read more

To put it briefly, they lied to me. I brought in tires of my own that I purchased at quite a bit lower than they quoted me. What they didn't know is that I overheard the conversation in which one of their mechanics said that they should put on the tires regardless of the safety rating. Finally, one of theirs told me that the tires wouldn't meet the safety rating. Imagine what would have happened if the the guy arguing about just putting them on anyway would have won...So when I asked them what the tires that met the safety rating would cost, they quoted me at quite a lower cost than they had originally quoted me (which is what led me to purchasing tires on my own, initially). I bought those tires from them, they put them on, then I contacted the seller of the original tires I took with me...he explained the safety rating to me and it turns out that the tires I bought would have met those ratings, the mechanics at Diehl Tires were just too uninformed to realize that. I will never go there again, especially because on top of all that they belittled me because I was a college student...according to them, "Mommy and Daddy always did everything for me..." Yeah, not so much. read more
