So a friend recommended Mr. Liebig. Since buying our first quarter in 2013 we've been sold on this company. Mr. Liebig does an outstanding job preparing his beef. If you're willing to make the drive to Columbus then his beef is worth your time. Our friend even turned down a family member who offered to butcher a cow, telling him that they only get their meat from Liebig's in Columbus.

A plexiglass barrier was in place at the ordering counter and the young lady who took our order was wearing a mask. No public restrooms were available. We took our order "to go" and went across the road to the city park. Both were priced at $4.25 and we shared a side of onion rings ($3ish). The sandwiches were wrapped in foil and were still freshly warm when we unwrapped them at the park. We should have asked for condiments and napkins, as they were not included in our take out bag. Both sandwiches were prepared well, as expected, and we were satisfied with our order. Broasted chicken seems to be the specialty and is available after 5 and all day Sunday according to the posted menu. Ice cream treats are also available but this chicken didn't cross the road to sample. All-in-all Terry's and the Osceola city park were a nice stop along our Saturday road trip.
