This walmart is fine, the auto center is not worth going to. I had my oil changed and they forgot to reset my computer. After waiting 2.5 hours in my work day for the '1 hour' oil change, I came back again and waited another hour for this 'quick fix' as no one was there or answering the call for assistance in their system. I asked a Walmart associate to send someone to auto to help me and this did not seem to help things. I asked another associate who walked back with me to get someone, and then they came out to fix this for me. They told me how to fix this if it happens again, but did not mention this was their fault or something I should not have to do after paying $90 for an oil change. This was disappointing. The Walmart itself is fine, I've come in many times and also used their pickup (only had issues once when no one came out and I went in to find and grab my order which was sitting out luckily). Just stay away from their auto center as wait times are FAR longer than they should be! read more

Walmart Supercenter - Stress toys from walmart that are very good. - Department Stores Near Me - Columbus, Nebraska

The week after Xmas, and only one person working in customer service for returns? Poor planning

Pretty typical small town Walmart. They have a good selection and overall the store appeared very clean. The staff was friendly and I had no issues here. I'm just frankly not a Walmart supporter and this is one of the few options nearby. So I will say if I have to I would indeed stop again. read more

Watch your reciepts and the shelf prices. Walmart is actively overcharging customers. Use the smartphone app and scan your purchases. I've done it the last several times I've had no choice but to go there and easily half of the products were ringing up well over the shelf price. I posted a picture of just one example, but consistently, if you ensure the bar code on the shelf matches the bar code on the item (because they also consistently mis shelve things as well) and scan the bar code next to the price, it will ring up higher than the price on the tag. Additionally, this walmart is not handicap friendly at all. My mother has severe dementia and requires a wheelchair to get around. This walmart had one janky wheelchair with a cart that you could push. After my mother got a skin tear on it, they just removed the broken cart. There is no Caroline's carts and they recently removed shopping baskets requiring anyone who needs more than 1 or two things to try to push a cart AND a wheelchair. I bring in my own reusable bags and get questioned every time like I'm stealing. Parking is just as bad. Handicap spots are by the doors, however, the cart returns are so far away it renders handicap tags pointless when you still have to either walk your cart back inside or half way across the lot to return it. read more

Walmart Supercenter - This was the price that came up from the barcode on the shelf label with the price NOT the barcode on the cream cheese. - Department Stores Near Me - Columbus, Nebraska

I was going to pick up a curbside order that they said was ready at two pm and I got there at three pm and the order still wasn't ready and it took 50 minutes to get my order. read more

They got rid of all the checkout lanes. Now it takes me 10x longer to get checked out, even compared to having a line, because I buy booze and bulk food to last the whole month. My items also never fit the little table. Inevitably, things I paid for end up left behind where before, a cashier was there to yell at you... My parents rarely even shop there anymore because they got rid of cashiers. read more

Well my husband bought a battery a year ago from this Walmart, yesterday the battery just decided it wasn't going to hold a charge anymore, so battery has 2 year warranty on it, took it back today, they said no they weren't going to stand behind it and would only give him a core fee and he'd have to buy a new battery!!! Seriously???? What ever happened to warranty on stuff that they say is warrantied.. so disgusted with this store.. read more

Pretty much what you would expect from Walmart, except the produce department leaves a lot to be desired. The green leafy vegetables typically look sick and wilted. You have to very selective when picking produce at this Walmart location. read more
